Chapter 1: Found You!

In broad daylight located in the middle of a forest was a young girl holding a (f/t) for dear life. Young (Y/n) was left behind by her parents intentionally when they went for a walk together. Their complete intention was to abandon her in the forest while she was distracted. When (Y/n) turned around to show her parents some flowers that she liked, they weren't there so she went further in the forest to look for them. It's been 3 hours since they went missing and (Y/n) was getting hungry, clothes receiving small scratches here and there, her (H/c) hair was slowly becoming messy, her (S/t) was getting small scratches from the pointy sticks and bruises from when she'd trip over stuff she couldn't see.

Her main focus and concern was to either find shelter or someone that she could follow. But that mission was kinda difficult for her because of the wild creatures that (Y/n) would accidentally run into and struggle running away from. Currently (Y/n) is hiding behind a tree, still holding the (f/t) for dear life. (Y/n) was now shivering because of how cold it started to become. Suddenly the noise of children caught (Y/n)'s attention immediately and she slowly peaked over from behind the tree and seen 3 boys who looked like they were a few years older than her, except for the one who had a straw hat, who looked like he was close the (Y/n)'s age (6 btw). A roaring sound scared (Y/n) which she curls in a ball, holding her (f/t) between her leg and chest as she crys, waiting for the creature to go away.

"Luffy keep it distracted!!" One of the boys yelled.

(Y/n) looks around the tree again and see 3 boys fighting a creature which was about 10ft tall only on all 4's. The hatless kid climbs up a nearby tree and jumps above, swinging his pipe at the back of it's neck. The creature falls forward from the sudden impact. A kid with blonde hair with a top hat and goggles, jumps out of the tree, (Y/n) was hidding behind, and swings they're bent pipe right at the creature's head, knocking it out.

When they boys conformed that the creature was knocked out, they burst out cheering for their victory, not noticing a little girl was watching them the whole time. While they were cheering, (Y/n) forces enough courage and walks towards them, hopping to find help. The boy with the straw hat, who's called Luffy, notices (Y/n) and goes quiet as he stares which soons catches the attention of the other two boys who then turn around as well. (Y/n) stops walking when she gets the trio's attention.

"Who are you?" Luffy asked.

"I'm (Y/n) and I need-" Gets caught off because she ends fainting from fatigue and lands in front of the hatless boy's feet.

"Did she just faint!!" The kid with blonde hair says, with a concerned and surprise tone, walking closer to the girl.

Blonde kid, picks up (Y/n) then faces the boys who was also with him. The hatless kid tells the blonde boy and Luffy to hurry back to their house since it was getting late already. The run back was tiring for the boys since the were carrying a unconscious young girl across the forest and over the trees.

A good 12 minutes of them running towards home goes by and their close to home. (Y/n) was now on the hatless kid's back since he had more strength and speed than the blonde kid and Luffy which made the trip a little faster. They make it to the door and the boys start banging on the door.

A tall woman with orange hair opens the door and gets shoved past the 3 boys since the cold feeling was starting to kick in when they were running to the house. The orange hair woman notices the little girl and carefully but quickly grabs her off the boy's back and holds her like a baby as she slowly makes their way to a room.

Meanwhile the 3 boys sit a few feet away from the door as they wait for the woman to come back.

"Who was that girl, she fainted before she answered." Luffy pouted, only to be hit in the back of his head. "OWWW! What was that for!"

"You idiot. Her name is (Y/n)." The hatless kid says, laying on the floor.

"We'll I'm sorry that I didn't hear that!" Luffy says, rubbing his head.

The kid with fluffy blonde hair suddenly gets an idea but keeps it to himself as he stood up and walked away from the door. The other two starts arguing about lord knows what but none interfered. A few minutes later, the woman walks out of the room, with (Y/n) holding her pant legs while she is covered in small bandages.

"It seems that you ran into some troublemakers. Let me properly introduce you to them." The lady says as she points at the 3 ankle bitters.

"Luffy is the kid with the straw hat, Sabo is the kid with the top hat and goggles with blonde hair. The kid without a hat is Ace, he's the leader of the group." The lady says.

"What's your name then?" (Y/n) asks, looking at the woman.

"My name is Dadan Curly, but you can call me Ms. Dadan." Dadan says.

(Y/n) lets go of Dadan's pant leg and walks up to Ace, who was the closest one. She tries to start a conversation with him but he doesn't budge. Luffy and Sabo on the other hand start talking with (Y/n). A few minutes after they started talking, Ace soon joins in after getting bored then they all fall asleep, laying on each other. Ace as the base, Sabo as the second layer, Luffy as the third layer and (Y/n) as the cheery on top.

Dadan and the other people who were helping her, grabs one of the kids and take them to their room. (Y/n) gets a room all to herself and the boys would be right next to her. After (Y/n)  gets tucked into her bed, she waited for the helper to leave the room and gotten out of bed. Grabbing the blanket and wrapping like a coat, (Y/n) carefully walks out of her room where she spots Ms. Dadan and the helpers quietly talking to each other.

"I can't sleep." (Y/n) mumbled to herself as she slowly opened the door next to her room.

When (Y/n) peaked through the door, she sees that the boys are still awake (2/3 of them are awake) and were currently speaking to each other about something but stopped when (Y/n) closes the door after she walked through. They carefully looked at the door and relaxed when they saw (Y/n) at the door.

"Why are you doing still awake?" Sabo asks.

"I couldn't fall back asleep so I carefully walked here."

"I didn't even hear your footsteps. Not even when you opened the door."

"How did Luffy fall asleep but not you?" Ace asked, pointing behind him where Luffy was sleeping.

(Y/n) shrugged her shoulders and sat next to them. Whatever the boys were talking about changed into them asking (Y/n) about where she came from.

Meanwhile with the adults, there was a knock at the door and when Dadan went to answer it, nobody was there except a letter sitting on the floor in front of the door. The letter was from (Y/n)'s parents.
