I was laid back on the bed taking pictures on Cash's phone. His phone went off indicating he had a text. I looked at the name and it read Charity. The message didn't show a preview it just said iMessage. I brushed it off and scrolled it away from the top of the notifications and continued taking pictures. Cash came into the bedroom.
"Who that that text me?" He asked while he put cologne on.
"Charity?" I said
He looked a bit nervous and asked to did I read the message. I told him I didn't and it was like he sighed relief. I mentally rolled my eyes.
"Can you pass me my phone right quick?" He asked
I tossed him his phone roughly and laid down. Why the fuck was he relieved I didn't read the damn messages. The fuck type of shit is that.
I looked over at him and he was smiling , he had his phone brought closely to him and I could tell the brightness was turned all the way down so that if i tried to look I wouldn't be able to see. Maybe I'm over exaggerating the way I'm making it seem as if he was trying to hide something but honestly I think he is.
I let out a deep frustrated sigh. He was pissing me off.
"Who is Charity?" I asked
"Don't tell me you're bothered by her" he said placing his phone faced down.
I chuckled and looked at his flipped over phone when we start doing that I thought.
"Cash I asked you a question who is Charity" I said
"She my bestfriend"
Bestfriend huh.
"Ohh okay" I said and laid down thinking. Cash has never gave me a reason not to trust him but all of a sudden he has a bestfriend who I've never heard of. I guess I have research to do.
As I was in deep thought I guess I doze off. I heard the front door close and I raised up contemplating on if I should leave the situation alone or not.
