Another World

Chapter 4

Karma was fast asleep. He was dreaming of his past world.

Gakushuu was sitting on Karma's bed, scrolling through the texts between him and Karma. Gakushuu then went to the 'Begin typing' bar. He started typing. He typed in letter format. As Karma saw his husband, he saw him shaking, crying, and breathing heavily. Gakushuu was having a panic attack. 

Karma looked around, and walked closer to Gakushuu. Karma pressed foreheads with him, and said, "I love you, Gakushuu." Gakushuu said, something, but Karm couldn't hear it.

Karma opened his eyes, only to be met with a text on his notification screen. It was a really long text.

Gakushuu(Shuu-Chan)

       Karma,

   I know you won't see this, but I'm sorry. I don't know what's wrong with me, but I miss you. If only it was me who died, and not you. You where the light in my life. I love you. Your mother committed suicide, and I'm having suicidal thoughts to. By the way. I got your letter. Y'know, the one about your condition.  The reason I'm sending you this, is because it's our 5th anniversary.

Karma saw the tears as he read the text. Karma immediately went to his contacts. There where two that made him sigh through the lump in his throat. One said, "Asano(Second Place-Kun)" and "Gakushuu(Shuu-Chan)"

Karma decided to skip school today entirely, and called in sick. Karma lied around, and kept reading his husbands text, starving for his love and affection. He was laying on the floor, wrapped in his favorite blanket.

Gakushuu walked into Karma's house, and saw the image of tears streaming down, Karma's face, Karma wrapped up in a blanket, It broke his heart. Gakushuu rushed to Karma, lifted him up, and swayed back and forth.

Karma arms where wrapped around Gakushuu's neck, and Legs wrapped around his waist. Karma felt better, but was still kind of sad. "What happened to you? I talked to my dad after school, and I come to see you bawling your eyes out. Would you like to tell me what's wrong, Akabane?"

"I-I can't tell you, Asano." Gakushuu nodded, and just comforted Karma until he fell asleep. Gakushuu did too, as they cuddled under the blankets.

Karma was laying in the hospital bed, chatting with Gakushuu. Karma was on anesthesia. "Shuu-Channnnn~~~~~~~~~~ I love you~~~~~" Gakushuu laughed. Karma started laughing too, more like giggling. "I love you too Karma." Gakushuu wheezed.

"Shuuuuu~~~~~, I love it when you kiss me~~" Karma was leaning to the left, shirt unbuttoned halfway. "I love it too." Gakushuu kissed Karma's hand, and bowed. "Shall I take the prince back to his castle?" Gakushuu picked Karma up Bridal style, and spoke in a fake British accent,  And put Karma in his Dad's limo.

Karma wouldn't stop laughing. 

Karma shot up, and Gakushuu looked at Karma, and Karma sheepishly smiled. Suddenly, Gakushuu was on top of Karma  "Tell. Me. What. That. Was. Or else someone's going to get punished~" 

Karma blushed a deep red, and averted his gaze, this time, Gakushuu pinned Karma's arms above his head.  "I can't tell you, you may let my secret out. But I'm surprised you saw that." Karma looked at Gakushuu, face completely worried.

Karma was scared if he told Gakushuu, things wouldn't go right in this world. Karma succesfully got out from Gakushuu grip, and started running. He found him self t a crosswalk. He looked down. He walked across the crosswalk, paying no mind to the things around him.

CRASH

Karma opened his eyes slightly, too see himself being put in an ambulance. Then closed them again. Although he was unconscious, he could hear everything. "Akabane Karma is in a coma, I'm sorry sir. We just have to wait until he wakes up."

Karma didn't know who the "Sir" was, but he assumed it was one of his friends. He was almost correct.

"B-But Karma-Kun has to wake up!" Nagisa.

"He's one of the strongest people in our class!" Kayano.

"I'm sorry, It is what it is." Doctor.

Karma wanted to scream, he wanted to cry, he wanted a hug, but he couldn't. Karma heard a door shut, and beeping  from the machine thingy that tracked your heart. Karma couldn't remember the name. 

He heard the door open again. "Get back here brat!"

"He has to wake up! Please! He can hear me! KARMA! Let me go!"  Gakushuu.

Karma was surprised. He didn't think Gakushuu would show up, let alone know about his condition. He stopped listening. 

"Hey Karma?" It was Gakushuu, they where at the lake. Karma remembered this moment. The flowers, the candles, and the ring. 

"Yes?" Gakushuu took Karma's hands, and slowly knelt down on one knee. "W-What?" Gakushuu reached for his coat pocket, and pulled out a box. "Karma Akabane, will you make me the happiest man on earth, and will you marry me?" 

Karma felt tears streaming down his face. "Yes. Yes Yes Yes!" Karma hugged Gakushuu with all his might. 

"Mr. Asano, the chances of him waking up are 50/50. He got hit by that car really hard. I'm surprised he even made it this far. It's a miracle he's still alive. He may feel extreme pain and he may feel sore, because staying like that for so long, and because his bones are recovering.

He felt someone grip his hands, and someone brush his soft, red hair.
