She was trying to hide the fact her eyes was puffy from crying so much

Ariana sighed sitting down in the front pew
The funeral is real pretty. They held it at the church her dad went to. The color theme was baby blue and white.
The casket was baby blue, the flowers were baby blue and white and some yellow
The music played as everybody took turns viewing the body
The funeral started with a song from the choir before the pastor started the word
"You good"? Jason asked putting his hand on Ariana thigh
"Yea" she mumbled wiping her eyes from under her shades
"Brother Damion was a proud member of our church here. Before he became ill, he was here at every trustee meeting, every event, every choir rehearsal, every usher board meeting. He was good soul. But God always know when it's time to call em on home can i get a amen"
Some people around the church said amen but Ari stayed quiet. How was it her daddy time ? he was only 65, he haven't even seen neither of his kids get married
"But his legacy WILL live on ! through his three kids. Omarion, Ariana and Amour. And even through his grandchild Messiah. God i want you to keep these kids in your prays and watch over them during these tough times as you welcome brother Damion into your holy gates with his late wife , sister Amelia who was also a faithful member of our church"
Ariana tried but she couldn't keep it together. It was really starting to hit her now.
One of the ladies that was standing on the side saw Ari crying was coming over to her with the fan and tissue
"Damn get on out ha face she good back up" Jason scrunched his face up since like two of them was crowding her
He pulled Ariana closer and let her rest her head on his shoulder
The pastor went on for a minute and they were letting people get up to say a few words
They tried to get Ariana to say something but Jason deaded that since she obviously wasn't in the right mindset to say anything.
