I wake up to feel my bladder bursting I jump out of bed and sprint to the bathroom to find out it was locked I stay there for a few second before my bladder let's go I feel the warm pee make it's way down my pjs, I then see my mum standing over me well I thought you were 13 not 5 I'm very disappointed, you know the rules if you have an accident you will go back to the age I want so I will make you my 7 year old boy happy birthday, then I black out

I wake up in a new room I get out of bed and walk over to the mirror to see my 7 year old self staring at me, I was wearing a soaked goodnite with a Dino t-shirt I go over to my drawers to see all my pants have been replaced with pull-ups I close the draw and walked to my mum's room I walk over to my mum and she woke up and grabbed me she sat up and sat me on her lap, wow your goodnites soaked let's get you into a pull-up she picked me up and carried me out of my room back into mine she grabbed a pull-up and ripped of my goodnite then she unfolded the pull-up and put in underneath my but then she put it on me
About 3 hours later
I was sitting on the sofa when I needed the toilet I didn't know what it was though I don't know why I just couldn't tell so I thought it was pee so I let it go I ended up pooping myself my mum came in and she said, well I guess 7 wasn't the age you were supposed to be let's see 3 and with that I was knocked around again to wake up soon after

I woke up in my mum's room with a nappy on, my mum was just staring at me then she spoke, I've got a little hypnosis that will make you loose you bladder control since I don't think you will need it, she put the headphones on me and it started playing.
You are in a safe place because mummy is here there is no shame in peeing or pooping your nappy because that's why it's there your just a little baby, mummy's will check you and if she sees you made her a present in you nappies she will love you so much, now whenever you feel you need to poop let go, when mummy says mess let go of all you poop and pee but if mummy says hold keep you poop and pee in until she says mess now let go,
I soon start messing my nappy my mummy picks me up and lays me on the changing table she removed my nappy and put a new one on and another one and another one and another one and one really thick one it was so big I couldn't even crawl mummy picked me up and sat on the bed then she took off her top and started breastfeeding me
I soon wake up with my pants full of poop and soaked with pee with my mum standing over me, you are going back into goodnites Young man I smile as my new Teenage years fade away because I've messed up happy birthday to me
