Part 1!!

"How dare he!", you thought to yourself. "That's so mean!!"

You were referring to the scene in front of you. A dirty blonde haired kid and some other kids were picking on a green haired kid with freckles and it had gotten to the point where he was crying. Two of the three kids that were with him were holding you down while the third kid was holding down the green haired kid.

But you might be wondering how you got into this predicament in the first place. Well for context, you're home schooled. However your mother didn't want you to be a shut-in so she took you to the park to play and interact with other kids at least twice a week. For a while you'd been playing with this green haired boy. His name is Izuku Midoriya but you'd forget it often so you nicknamed him Leaf. After a few weeks of you guys playing regularly, this dirty blonde kid who you've nicknamed Devil Pomeranian shows up. He and these other kids completely disregarded you and started picking on Leaf. They didn't know you were with him so you used that as an advantage and quietly made little vines with thorns on them grow out of the sand below them with your quirk. Devil Pomeranian noticed this and told two of the kids to stop you which resulted in you getting held down to helplessly watch your friend get bullied.

Until you decided you'd had enough. (Which luckily for Midoriya wasn't very long.)

You noticed that the two kids holding you down were starting to get distracted, cheering Devil Pomeranian on which had in turn allowed you to sneak and use your quirk. You had started to grow two small thorn vines behind each of them. As they came out of the ground they began to cast shadows behind them. Before they could turn around you made the vines drag them away from you and hold them to the ground. Devil Pomeranian heard the commotion and turned around to see you standing in front of him.

"Wha- H-How did you-", he started. You cut him off.

"Let him go!! Or I'll do the same thing to you!", you yelled. In reality, you had no idea what you were gonna do if he didn't.

"Tch, fine.. Have fun with that quirkless loser.", he said, throwing his hands up in defense and walking off. The other three kids ran off behind him, yelling childish insults like "Idiot!", or "Stupid!", as they did.

You sighed and turned back to Leaf, offering your hand to him. He took it and hugged you, thanking you a bunch.

"Who.. was that boy, Leaf..?", you asked, still looking in the direction the kids walked.

"Th-That was Bakugo.. We used to be friends but.. he started bullying me when he got his quirk..", Midoriya replied.

"Oh.. well you don't have to worry about that jerk!! I'll protect you!", you said. You gave him a big, toothy smile and a thumbs up.

..then he started crying.

"[Y/NNNN]!!", he hugged you again.

"whAH- Y-YOU'RE GONNA GET SNOT ON ME!!-"
