The second third of a summer was already gone, all of the students were free from school schedules and most of them have been enjoying their own activities or less enjoyable part time jobs. Taehyun was probably one of those luckier ones.
While he was enjoying coolness of wild sea waves, splashing his calves, as he was running out of the water he was swimming in a moment ago, his friend Beomgyu was sitting on the sandy beach, scanning the surroundings from behind of his dark sunglasses. Inconspicuosly, of course.
Taehyun brushed his wet hair back and catching his breath, he stretched down his soaked white shirt, protecting his body from the sunlight.
"Won't you really go in?" he asked his friend, as he was reaching for a bottle of water, covered with a blanket to keep it colder.
"I'm on a mission," Beomgyu answered mysteriously, touching the middle of his glasses.
So thirsty... Taehyun almost finished the bottle at once, then he sighed quietly after quenching his thirst, after that he tried to focus on his friend through his narrowed big eyes.
"What do you mean by that?"
Taehyun had some ideas, but he rather wished it would be somenthing else.
"He always comes in that store before twelve o'clock, I just need to find out, if it's each day or if it's somewhat regular."
The boy with calm aura for most of the time, stared at his friend for a few seconds, avoiding that low stress which lingered on his fingertips and chest.
"Come on, Gyu," he nearly whispered, "it's unnecessary... and hopeless, to be honest."
"Dude!" Beomgyu dramatically put down the dark glasses to look eye to eye at his a little bit shy friend. No doubt, he looked kind of dangerous. "You've been practically lovesick because of him for like... I don't know... five months already? You need to be cured."
Seven.
Taehyun looked around. "Stop this nonsense," he chuckled shyly and then masked it by changing his shirt for a yellow dry one.
Actually, everything Beomgyu said to him was the truth. He absolutely fell for his classmate's kindness even if he was sometimes a bit too loud and chaotic.
"I scream, you scream!"
Surprised by the sudden shouting and pulling on his forearm, as he was bent towards his friend, head still covered by shirt, Taehyun was stuck in inhale... and in the shirt, too.
Beomgyu held his arm tightly while enthusiastically packing their things - in this case it could be considered as a skill.
"Hyung-"
"We are going to have some ice cream."
"Please, stop. I can't even see." Taeyhun was trying both to pull his head out of the shirt and stop Beomgyu from holding him while walking, because he felt as if he was on the edge and possibility of falling was bigger by each blind step.
Luckily, his head got out eventually just when Beomgyu stopped to check him.
Sigh.
"I'm sorry," Beom apologized, little regret in his eyes full of unpredictable playfulness.
Taehyun said nothing, just looked behind his friend, where a cozy store surrounded by flowers was situated. When he get back to Beomgyu, there was nothing clearly readable in Taehyun's straight expression, but little stars in his eyes.
"Did he enter the store?"
Weird grimace appeared on the face framed by Beomgyu's longer black hair.
