Prolouge

I giggled as he held me to his chest, spinning around in the air with his wings. I tried to sneak a peak at his profile. Something blocked me, and all I got was: Name: Aaron. I huffed, making him smirk. "What, i'm sorry, did you want to see if i had a girlfriend?" I blushed fiercly. "Shut up." He winked at me. "Ah, but I won't." Aaron leaned forward, and i could hear my heart pounding in my chest. I pursed my lips, when suddenly, he pulled away, laughing. "I'm sorry, i know you dont know me much yet, but i cant help myself." He mimicked himself. "You accutually liked that?" Aaron leaned in closer, our noses touching. He wrapped his arms around me and pulled me closer. I tried to pull away, but his grip was too strong.
I kicked and punched, forgetting one small detail. Aaron doubled backward and let go of me....leaving me to fall to my death 400 feet below. I screamed, and he flew in, swooping in and grabbing me. Aaron set me down somewhere safer, and said, "Look, I'm sorry about being like that. I just....I don't know what I'd do if you...." He sighed. "I'm just glad you're okay." I smirked. "Lover boy admitting his feelings now?" Aaron's eyes narrowed. "Are you admitting your feelings by asking if I am, too?" I clenched my fists. He smirked. I sneered and stomped away. I heard him chuckling after me. "Hey, I'm your guardian, so don't-" his voice was suddenly muffled. I could hear screams, and loud rustling.
I quickly ran back in. My eyes grew twice as big and I thought my heart was going to fall out of my chest when I saw him. Aaron was tied up, and had a bag over his head. His wings were out, and he was trying go swat away the guards that were kidnapping him. One of the guards got mad, and threw him out the window before jumping down himself. Soon after, the other guard jumped. I raced to the window and looked down. No one was there. Not even a hint about where they could've gone was left behind.
