"Well? We made it, now what?" I looked over at him, blushing slightly when I remembered what had just occurred.
He smirked, seeming like a completely different person now that we were far away from those people trying to kill us.
"Now we hide out here and we somehow fall for each other and end up dating."
I could feel my cheeks heat up as my eyes widened. "What?!!"
He laughed at my reaction. "I mean, isn't that what usually happens in those cliche romance books?" He made a face.
I was sure my face was as red as a tomato now. "No!" I told him, giving him an exasperated expression.
He considered that for a moment, and then leaned towards me, his smirk widening. "Are you sure you don't want that to happen?"
My eyes opened wide and I struggled to speak. Yes! I wanted to say, but he brushed his lips against mine and my brain went blank. My body was numb, and all I could see was his smirk as he realized what had happened.
"Lily..." His soft voice echoed through my brain and repeated itself over and over again. "Do you want that to happen?"
The words he spoke jolted me, and I snapped out of the daze, blushing again when I realized how close we were.
"I-um. Yes! No! I-I mean no...y-noooo...maybe?" I stammered, not used to his closeness.
He chuckled. "Yes?" My eyes widened in panic, and I quickly opened my mouth to speak. "N-mmmm."
I was interrupted when he kissed me. Yeah, that's right. Full on-kissed me. I closed my eyes and responded, my mind going blank once again.
When we came apart a few minutes later, we both took a deep breath in, gasping for air. Once he was done, he sent a smirk my way. "That's definitely a yes."
I didn't agree, but I didn't disagree either. I simply glanced his way and breathed out, "I-wha-huh?"
He chuckled, looking away for a few seconds and then meeting my eyes again. "Come on. I'll explain everything."
I nodded, because I was too breathless to speak, and let him lead the way.

We eventually came to a cabin in the woods, and entered. It looked pretty cozy from all sides. There was a nice fireplace, two comfy chairs, and a wooden table set up in the first room.
The second room only had three things: a small desk that a lamp sat on, and a bed. Yes, A bed. Not two. Not there. One. One bed.
Well. This was going to get awkward tonight.
He smirked at me when he noticed I saw the bed, and then we went back to the first room to settle down in the comfy chairs next to the fireplace.
"Where should I start?" He questioned, tapping his bottom lip like he was thinking. He pulled it down slowly, staring right into my eyes, knowing the effect he had on me.
I gaped a little, watching him, and holding back the urge to grab him and kiss him. His lips curved up just a little, and that was enough for me to snap out of it.
I looked away from him, deciding to look at the furniture instead. "Maybe with your name?" I paused for a second. "Who are you?"
He leaned forward a bit, but my eyes darted to my left, and he was out of my sight. He made a 'hmph' sound when he realized I wouldn't look at him, and gave up.
"I'm Aaron."
"Aaron what?" I asked, still avoiding his eyes.
"Just Aaron." He replied, and I finally looked over at him.
"You don't have a last name?" He sighed, covering his face with his hand for a second then he took it off.
"It's not that I don't have a last name...it's just that...my family is dead."
