Usopp was still knocked out and was laying on the ground.
Chopper: "AAHH! OH, NO! USOPP ISN'T BREATHING!"

Usopp finally started breathing and opened his eyes.

Usopp sat up and looked around.
Usopp: "Clouds... WHAT?! THERE ARE CLOUDS! No, there's too many! WHAT IS THIS?!"
Nami: "Basically, this is an ocean in the sky?"
