Part 14(last)

Dahyun's POV

It is morning and i am craving to see chaeyoung.

"Tofu! breakfast's ready!" a voice from outside.

"coming mom."

before i go outside, i first check my phone.

"hm. no message from chaechae huh, maybe she's still sleeping."

...

"how's the food, tofu?" mom asked.

"it's tasty mom! as usual." i replied happily.

after eating, i left the kitchen and go back to my room.

"still no message from chae huh?"

i was worried, so i tried to call her.

(ring, ring)

i kept calling her for several times, but she did not answer.

"AAH. what's wrong with her?"

i am so devastated that it got me to the point that i should go to her house.

...

(knock,knock)

i am at chaeyoung's house knocking at the door, hoping she'll open the door.

"oh, dahyun."

but, it was her sister who answered the door.

"uhm, unnie-" 

"is chaeyoung fine? i've been calling her many times, she's not answering is there something wrong?" 

her happy face suddenly fade after hearing what've i  said.

"what happened to chaeyoung? is she okay?" i asked 

i am so clueless from what's happening right now.

"chae's fine, she's just..not having a good time." nayeon said while wiping her tears .

"what?-" 

before i can finish my sentence, she grab my arms and invited me to sit and talk to her.

unnie told me everything, she told me that they're leaving and that chaeyoung doesn't want to leave me.

...

i almost cried.

i can't believe this.

*at my house*

i went back to my house with sadness.

i go straight to my room and tears just went out my eyes.

i looked at the mirror and asked myself

"why?"

Narrator's POV

Dahyun started to cry so hard, she never felt this feeling before.

in the other hand, chaeyoung was furious, doesn't know what to do next.

is there a chance to save their relationship?

~~the next day~~

*on chat

Chaeyoung: my sister told me you came here yesterday. im so sorry.

Dahyun: can we talk later?

Chaeyoung: ok.

*end chat

Chaeyoung and Dahyun planned to go at the plaza so that they can talk it out.

Chaeyoung's POV

I'm at the plaza waiting for Dahyun.

Im still sad but i have to keep my emotions, dahyun should not see me cry.

at this point i can see dahyun, she then saw me and run towards me.

"chaeyoung!" she hugged me and started to cry.

"im so sorry." i said as if it's my fault.

"no. no don't be sorry." she then wipes my tears.

"chae, babe, we can still make it work, trust me okay?"

"i'll make a way to you. i'll earn money then i'll find you, just trust me okay?"

(sniff,sniff)

"promise me that you'll wait for me." she said giving me a smile.

"i promise. i love you." 

"i love you too." she said the kissed me.

while we're kissing, i started to cry.

dahyun stopped the kiss then wipes my tears.

"stop crying. be brave okay? while i'm gone, promise me you'll be brave."

i stop crying then gave her a pinky promise.

that was the last time i saw her and we never see each other again.

i just have to be brave enough and wait for her.

...

~~few days later~~

"you ready?" my sister asked 

"mhm"

before i left our house, i put a small envelope for dahyun hoping that she'll see it.

...

Narrator's POV

Chaeyoung and her sister got there way to italy.

what chaeyoung did not know is dahyun saw her leaving a message in her house.

"woah what's this?"

dahyun saw the envelope and saw her name on it.

she then open it and a tear fell out.

*the letter*

-hi babe, im sorry for leaving you like this. i love you. i'll wait for you, okay? we'll work together and let us not loose hope. i promise you i'll be brave enough. i won't cry, i promise.

dahyun was sick of crying, her worried mom decided to return to cambodia and live there again since dahyun is always sick crying.  they came at cambodia to entertain dahyun and get rid of her sadness.

while chaeyoug and her family are whole again. it's good for her  sister because she had gain confidence to talk to her step mom but for chaeyoung she's just pretending to be happy in fact she misses dahyun so much.

if love can't stop the relationship, well something should stop it. there's no true love in this world, there's no forever...
