I woke up, head feeling as heavy as ever. Would this be the day I would finally ask her out?
I sat up groggily, as I looked in my mirror, my hair looked like a bird's nest. I grabbed the closest comb and attempted to dial down the obnoxious mess of my hair. Luckily, God decided to help me today. My family is a small one, with my siblings off somewhere in the world making my parents happy, and me, unluckily, is the one that makes our family 'fall apart'.
Ever since i came out to them as lesbian in early 1984, they've been keeping to try set me up with men. Even though I repedidly say that I'm not into men, the more they try to make me 'fixed'.
-TIME SKIP TO SCHOOL-
I looked at my classmate, Steve Harrington, also known as 'The Hair'. Ever since freshman year, I've been kind-of jealous of how many chicks he pulls. One of them being my crush, Tammy Tompson. I hated him for 3 years, until last year, when we worked at scoops ahoy. Even though I've come out to him and told him about my crush with Tammy, he still is a douche when he can be. He is a great friend, who doesn't care about who I love. He stays away from Tammy, he keeps saying that shes 'not his type', but he loves girls with curly hair, even maybe guys, as he has been acting weirdly around a guy lately.
