Lindsey's POV:

Me and Kendra were waiting outside and I saw familiar blonde walking by

"Lindsey! Kendra!" Phoebe said "Oh hey" Kendra waved

"What are you guys doing here?" She asked "Oh just waiting" I said "For what?" she said

"Someone to pick us up because my phone is dead so I can't call an uber" I told

and I saw Sofia and Luke talking to each other and possibly teasing

"hey guys sorry Mr. Johnson had a surprise quiz after the lesson" Sophia said and Luke continued teasing her

"Luke! stop! that's my bag!" Luke held her bag high and Sophia was on her tippy toes to reach but she still can't

"give it" She gave him a death glare

"Hey Linds" Jake greeted "Oh hey" I said and we started talking

I saw Mom's car drove by and the window rolled down and I saw Carlos

"Lindsey!" he called "Oh gotta go" I told Jake "Ok c'mon Luke" He turned to Luke "Let's go" I told Sophia and said goodbye to Phoebe and Kendra

"Hey Carlos" I got into the car "Who's the boy you were just talking to?" he asked "Oh that's Jake" I told him

"And he totally has a crush on Lindsey" Sophia added "Hey!" I turned to Sophia "What? It's true" She said

"Does he? if he tries to do some shit, I'll beat his ass" He said and started driving home

"Carlos" I said in a serious tone "what? just looking out for my baby sister" He said "Carlos i'm not a baby anymore, I'm 17" I said

"Well at least your not calling me-" "Calling you what?" I cut him off

He gave a 'you know' look

"Oh Carly" I realized

"I hated that nickname" He muttered

"Why Carly?" I ask innocently "It's just weird and... annoying" He said

"C'mon Carly" Sophia said

"Oh God" He said

We got home and I got changed into a pair of shorts and a hoodie. I looked through my bag to get my english homework started

I got my text book and my laptop. I sat on the couch and started typing

I'm doing my homework right now because it's due past midnight and I don't wanna pull an all-nighter

My paper was halfway done and I saw Sophia sit on the couch smiling on her phone

"Someone looks happy" I said "Oh it's just Luke" She said

"Since when are you two so close?" I asked her

"We've been close lately ever since the sleepover" She told me

"So are you two dating?" I asked her "What! No!" She said with her cheeks going red

My phone buzzed and I saw a message from Kendra saying "Luke keeps laughing and smiling on his phone and I think it's a girl"

"Luke also seems happy" I told her

"While your doing your english paper, can you also do mine?" She said

I sighed "Do your own paper" I told her

"But-" "No"

"Well I guess I'm pulling an all-nighter" She said "Do it now so you won't have to pull an all-nighter" I said
