Sorry to burst your bubble or whatever, but your MBTI type has nothing to do with your mental state. It also has nothing to do with your music taste, aesthetic, hobbies, or passions.
MBTI is made only to explain how people make decisions and overall think day-to-day. It is NOT your entire life. Don't get it mixed up.
It's fun to see what your music taste is based on your stereotypes, but just know that that isn't what MBTI is all about. That includes this book too (besides talks like these, this book is mostly stereotypical).
Don't take your personality type too seriously.
