The bothersome sound of your alarm blaring went off in your ears causing you to slightly jumped awake. That damn alarm managed scared you every time it went off, even though you've been using it for the longest. Feeling around the bed for your phone, you finally found it and picked it up stopping it.
Letting out a loud sigh, you sat up and read the time on your phone. It read 8:30, and you knew you didn't need to waste any time laying around. You had to be out the door by 10:00. Now for what you may ask? I guess I should've started with that first but oh well.
You owned your own Salon, with your friend Semaj. The Salon is split into two building side by side, the first side being anything to do with hair the other side being makeup, lashes and etc. The side you mainly stayed on was the Hair side. Some of the workers only specialize in certain things, but you did it all. From lace front installs, to braids and more.
Occasionally you did go next door to see how everything was going, and if someone needed you over there. But enough of that I think you get the idea.
You got up out of bed, pulling your comforter up and making your bed. Taking your bonnet off your head, you decided to leave the scarf on while you took a shower. Walking into your bathroom, you connected your speaker to your phone. You then sat your phone on the bathroom counter, turning to get some towels out of your cabinet.
Once you had everything ready for your shower, you started the water making sure it was the right temperature. When it got right, you dried your hands off so you could go play some music. Going to your music all, you hit shuffle on your playlist and the song 'Let Me Know' started playing. ➯
You started taking off your clothes, throwing them in the laundry basket and stepping into the shower. Once you stepped in, you pulled the curtain closed so water wouldn't get all over the floor. You moved under the water more, letting it run over your body for a while hoping it'll wake you up more.
After just standing under the water for and you were ready to start washing your face and body. You let the water run over your face a little more before grabbing your face cleaner, popping open the top and squeezing enough in your hand to cover your face. Closing the top, and putting the bottle back down you rubbed the cleaner onto your face in circular motions, all over your face.
You brought your face under the water, rinsing off all the cleaner on your face. Reaching down, you grabbed your towel, wetting it and putting some of your honey scented body wash on it. You then began lathering you the soap, before starting to wash up.
