As I started waking up, slowly fluttering my eyes, the light from where my curtains split. This caused me to groan in annoyance and squint my eyes. I really need to buy me some blackout curtains. Adjusting my eyes to the bright light, I felt around for my phone. Once I found it, I turned it on to look at the time. 10:47.
There wasn't ever a set time I needed to be at the shop, it depended on when I felt like going in, and what time I woke up. Since I woke up a little later than usual, I'll probably go in around 2:00 with Maj. This gives me enough time to do what I gotta do and not feel rushed. Perks of being a business owner.
I planned on laying in bed just a lil longer, then I'd get up and see what Maj got goin on down the hall. In the mean time, Ima scroll through my socials, most likely TikTok to keep me occupied.
About 20 mins later (Author's POV)
Y/N finally decided to get up. Throwing the covers off of herself and getting a good lil stretch in. Sitting up and letting her legs hang off the bed. Letting out a good stretch , yawned before getting up and walking to the door so she can go see what Maj was up to.
"MAJJJ" you said yelling down the hall. No reply. Getting to the room she was in, you have it a knock. "Come in" you heard in a quiet tone. She probably just woke up. Opening the door, you saw she was still wrapped up in all the blankets she had."Good morning boo" you said, giving her a small smile "Good morning N/N" she said back, stretching out and pulling the covers off of her body. "I plan on going in around 2:00, so if you tryna go with me be ready by then" you said, sitting on the other side of the bed.
"So how are things going between you and Mikasa?". You decided to bring up, knowing it'll be something to break the silence, and something she'd be interested in talking about. "Things are good on my end, and I'm pretty sure on hers too." "How so?" you asked her. "Well to start, we've been able to open up to each other and talk about more personal things to each other" "And ima assume in other ways too? You said "well to start". This made her become flustered, and she started fidgeting with her fingers. "Ouu Maj tell me" you said,giving her a little push.
"Fine fine, we've been gettin a lil more intimate with each other. Nothing too much though" she replied back. This made a big ass smile make its way across your face. You got up, clapping and jumping around. It made you happy to see your friends find people who made them feel happy. "Calm down N/N" she said a little embarrassed. "Wym calm down? Girl you need to be happy too shitt" you said stopping in your tracks, and crossing your arms. She just smacked her lips in response. The two of you continued to talk about random things, up until around 12:00 when the two of you had to get ready.
Getting up and doing a lil stretch, you walked out the door making sure to close it behind you. You walked down the hall, letting ight an exaggerated sigh because all you wanted to do was chill today.
Putting all your shower essentials together, more importantly your speaker, you stripped yourself off all your clothes and stepped in,getting a feel for the water and making sure it was to your liking.
After showering, you got your makeup bag, and hair supplies and decided to do a simple makeup look, the lips were always the most dramatic part of your whole look.
