(hey y'all! So I finally watched the movie and this chapter is gonna be like a month after Tom and Ruth "broke up")

My pov:

Tom and I met at work I had just moved here and got a job to work here, he was telling me about a girl he was dating 'yea..we were dating for three years, then she finally moved down here, but then after a few nights she leaves me to be with a woman named jade, I mean..Im gonna judge her for her sexuality but..it kinda upsets me the way she left me..'

"awh tom...it's ok hun.." he smiled and kissed my cheek, we weren't together yet but I really liked him, he was really cute and sweet, I felt so bad for him, I finished my work and so did he "hey how about we go hangout at your place?" 'that would be great' he smiled and dragged me to his place

I laughed as he did so causing him to laugh, we eventually got to his place and we both collapsed on the couch, and he turned on the TV, after we watched tv for an hour or so he got up 'so what do you want to eat?'  "oh Tom no it's ok, I can cook" 'no no I insist, what do you want to eat' "have you ever made homemade pizza?" 'nope' "well c'mon! We gotta go to the store then, we can make some!"

He laughed a bit and nodded 'alright' he went to his room and got changed then walked out and handed me some shorts and one of his t-shirts 'ruth left a pair of shorts here, don't worry I washed them' he laughed nervously "I don't know if they'll fit but thanks" I laughed and went to his room to changed

His shirt was a bit big on me, but I didn't mind, and Ruth's shorts fit but hardly, they were short shorts on me, but I don't mind, anyways I walked out and looked at him, he looked at me with the biggest smile on his face, I blushed a bit

'hey Alex..do you maybe wanna be more than friends?' I turned red and got closer to him "of course I do, I've liked you since we met" he picked me up and spun me around kissing me, I smiled and kissed back wrapping my arms around his neck

He set me down and smiled 'lets go shall we?' I nodded and we walked to the store to get the stuff, as we walked we saw Ruth and jade, I knew Ruth and jade from some jobs I took, so when they saw me they waved and smiled

Tom looked at me and smiled 'hey I don't mind if your friends with them just don't y'know do what Ruth did' I nodded and waved back smiling, me and tom got the stuff we needed and headed back

When we got back we got everything ready and started making the pizza, we threw flour and cheese at each other, laughing and giggling, we finally put the pizza in the oven and had to get washed off 'we can shower after food' I nodded and we spent our time waiting for pizza, cuddling and watching TV
