Kai had two passions in life. A love of all things motorsports and a desire to help people. he was someone who worked hard to achieve his goals. He started his engineering career in DTM racing but he quickly jumped ship to Formula E. It was there that he ended up fulfilling both his passions however it was a little more difficult than he anticipated. For Kai being the lead engineer of Jess Bianchi was the challenge that he needed. With Kai's help, Jess was able to do things that she thought were impossible for a Formula E rookie. Ready for round two Kai was willing to push Jess further than before.
