Casey Fletcher was loyal. It was something that she considered both her greatest strength and greatest weakness. After all, it was what guided her through one of the toughest times of her life. After getting through that period of her life she enjoyed her time at Racing Point. Serving as Sergio Perez's lead mechanic was a dream come true for her. Through her job, she was able to form a special bond with the Mexican. Then it happened. Racing point became Ashton Martin and Sergio left for Red Bull. It served as the biggest test of loyalty as Casey wasn't sure if she was loyal to Sergio or to what was Racing Point now Ashton Martin.
