Chapter 4 Sakamaki mansion arrival

Sayuri pov Sleeping soundly with bun bun snuggled up next to me and kiba's head on my lap blasting melodious music into my ears my Airbuds were on full volume,i was wearing my Cloak however I didn't place the hood up,my neko features were exposed as i awoke and turned off my music to listen to the car driving on the road,i watched as Yui rolled down the window,wind rushed in brushing my hair out of my face ever so slightly as a mansion became visible,the car came to a stop infront of the mansion's black iron gate,an arch could be seen above the gate,Yui was first out holding her luggage staring ahead,i came out paid the driver and thanked him,we entered the mansion seeing a fountain with what looked to be a gargoyle or perhaps a griffin,i shook my head i wasn't sure what sat on top of the fountain as we were walking by the fountain it started to rain,Yui looked up into the sky and said the obvious"it's raining" she said,"yes it seems so"i replied staring up at the mansion,'could do with a fresh coat of paint' i thought to myself,thunder roared and lightning striked spooking yui,she ran up the small steps leading to the front door of the mansion i looked up to the sky, appreciating the rain.

before i followed walking,Yui sighed looking at the scene once more then looked back to where door was,she took the handle and knocked once then twice,it echoed,i looked at her "struggling sister?"i grinned as i teased her but soon said"do you want me to try?" "I've got it"she replied "HELLO"she called out hoping for a reply then reached for the door handle which opened my itself,i have to admit that freaked me out I mean hunted house vibes be coming strong from such a little action, startled Yui pulled her hand back,Yui being Yui she entered the mansion,i sighed and followed,"excuse me,is anyone home?"she asked,"Yui you can't just enter someone's home like that it's rude"i scolded to which she brushed off,the red carpet laid on the floor was a lovely shade of red,i found myself staring at it until I heard the door shut by itself 'what kind of shady things are these people into' i thought as i sweatdropped, apparently Yui thought it was a joke because she said"that's funny,maybe they weren't told i was coming today","don't you mean we"i responded raising my eyebrow at her,"whatever"she said while rolling her eyes,"see anything back there, perhaps a brain?"i asked,she huffed and looked back ahead while i pulled up my hood.
