"I LOVE YOU PLEASE DON'T DIE ON ME!" I realized what I said. I I meant it. Never in my life have I ever loved someone like I love him.

"I love you too" I heard his whisper before he went limp

-Alex's POV-

"SOMEONE CALL THE FUCKING AMBULANCE!!" I screamed hugging Zayn close to me rocking back and forth "PLEASE" I screamed once again "I just called an ambulance ma'am" I nodded.

I heard the sirens and soon enough I saw men comings toward me "ma'am I'm gonna have to ask you to let go please" I nodded letting go of Zayn. The doctors quickly strapped him in and but him in the truck "can I please go with him" I pleaded bawling my eyes out. The guy sympathetically nodded his head "thank you!" I rushed in as they closed the door. I quickly grabbed Zayn's cold limp hand and kissed it holding it close to me still crying.

We finally arrived to the emergency room the immediately got him into

x-ray "I'm sorry ma'am you can't go in the waiting area down the hall to the left" I smiled sadly and nodded I turned around after saying a sort thank you and went in the direction she told me too.

I knew the guys would want to know where I am so I got my phone out and called Niall

*RI-*

"Where are you!? Are you okay?! What happened?!? Where's Zayn? Have you -"  I cut him off with 4 little words

"Zayn's at the hospital" I started crying

"Shh shh it's alright me and the guys are going right now LOUIS START THE CAR NOW! WE ARE GOING TO THE HOSPITAL! Ill see you later"

He hanged up.

HOW THE FUCK CAN HE BE SO CALM RIGHT NOW!

"Um Zayn Malik?" I got up and ran to the doctor

"Is he okay!" I asked hopefully

"Surprisingly he is from the hit I thought it would've been way worse he just has a couple of cuts and scratches but he did fracture his right leg" I nodded he's okay good.

"Is he awake?" I asked the doctor nodded "can I see him" he smiled and nodded "floor 4 door 349" I quickly ran to the elevator.

I ran in pressed the number 4 "Hold the door!" I did as I was told and this young guy about 23 came running in "thank you" he said out of breath I nodded and tapped my foot impatiently suddenly his papers fell out and landed all over the floor.

He groans "here ill help you" I said picking up most of the papers. And handed them to him.

"Thank you very much" he said "no problem" I said. I looked up at him and gasped

"Max? Is that really you?" I looked at him. He looked confused before realization him him "Alex?" he said unsure but certainly shocked I nodded. He quickly hugged me

"I HAVEN'T SEEN YOU IN A LONG TIME OMG WHAT HAPPENED TO THE FOREVER BEST FRIEND HUH? DON'T BE TELLIN ME BULLSHIT OMG ARE THOSE NEW SHOES?!?" He screamed out. I laughed very loudly.

"I know I know  and yes these are new shoes" I laughed "so your a doctor now? Isn't that what you've always wanted to do?" He nodded "congrats!" He thanked me and asked me what I'm doing now "um I dedicate my time on my x-box. By the way don't play modern warfare 4 that game sucks. I prefer God Of War they are amazing" I said. He laughed "Still playing video games I see" I nodded

-DING-

"Ah finally I swear this elevator goes the speed of a snail" I groaned "this is my stop too actually" max said

"Cool what room are you going to?"

"Awesome I'm going to go there too! Come on let's go I'm dying to see him!" I exclaimed dragging him along the halls.

I opened the door still holding in to Max's hand running in the door. I see Zayn's awake he turns around by the sudden noise he looked at me and smiles then looks at Max confusingly then stares at our hands and glares at Max.

I coughed "Zayn" he turned to me and smiled I let got of Max's hand and ran to hug him until Max stopped me. I looked at him and frowned

"What the fuck dude?" I said he shook his head

"I have to check him remember he is my patient" I huffed "fine" I agreed.

After Max checked him he told me he was gonna come back in half an hour I nodded I can still see Zayn glaring at him when I kissed Max's cheek so I guess ill just give a hint that he is gay.

"Wait!" He turned around "I forgot to ask how's that boyfriend of your?" I saw Zayn visibly relax "well he's not my boyfriend anymore" I frowned him and Cole were so cute "he's my fiancé now" I grinned like a mad lady and squealed "OH MY GOD CAN I BE THERE OH MY OH MY O-" i coughed "um so yea can I be there at the wedding" trying to be my not girly again, if you haven't noticed weddings are my weakness. I just think they are so darn cute! "of course I would want my best friend at my wedding" he said and I squealed  "Thank you!" And hugged him then turned to Zayn and hugged him tightly

"Don't ever do that to me again you hear" I whispered to him I pulled back and looked at his face before kissing his passionately. He didn't even waste time to kiss back. Sadly we had to part away and catch our breath.

"I love you so much" I said looked is his beautiful hazel eyes. Nose touched forehead touched out lips centimeters away.

"I love you too Alex. I love you too" he said kissing me again softly put with a lot of emotion.

"Now get me McDonalds I hate this hospital food." Oh my god Zayn way to ruin the moment
