An habitual day it was. Very few bicycles were parked. The cafeteria was ready to welcome it's regular visitors. The peppy stout grandma was on her way back from walk holding a packet of cereal. As usual, she waved at me and I waved back.
A drop patted me. A morning shower was all I could contemplate. I steadily walked inside the central premises. By the time I reached the corridor, heavy pour made its way.

Found Rosa on a seat muttering in an inaudible manner. I ambled until stood close to her.
"Hey Rosa". She looked at me.
I landed on the same bench. Both of us were quiet, but could hear the screams and shouts emitted by our college mates.

"What class do you have now?" She asked gently.
"Major first paper", I replied.
" I am longing for Mom. Haven't met her for a long time, her food, her smile, her concern and a lot of complain", I smiled and ended.
The more I looked at her, she seemed more stressed. Her dark and pale face had some mystery behind.
"However, you complete your tasks and then visit home. That's what will make her more happy. Isn't it?" She replied.
I nodded and left from the scene as I was getting late.

Rosa is a pretty, ambitious girl. She is confident and knows her own value. Sometimes we act very similar,  otherwise we possess more of contrasting traits. Whatever, we are always there for each other when required.

We finally got an interval after three  uninterrupted lectures. She stood near the entrance of the cafeteria as I predicted. We took burgers, french fries and soft drinks from the counter prior to the seat in the right back corner. All junks I know, but couldn't resist the fact that it was the best in menu.

"Hectic day. Three lectures in a row. Not fun at all."
I took a bite and cheese began to drip.

"Pending assignments, practicals. No idea about the date of completion, not before the deadline for sure", I continuously spoke.
" Why don't you start today itself? You will get it done. Chill. There's not a piece of work you didn't concluded well. Stop exaggerating about everything", she said roughly.

I laid down my head on her left shoulder in a delicate way and shuttered my eyes.
"Will we get separated after bachelors? Both of us will sail for destinations", I uttered in a low voice.
She kept her palm over mine, " May be one day . But, we will be on the same ocean and under the same sky, both witnessing the same shades of blue."
She uttered.

We grinned.

( Having bite of a french fry alternately with a sip of soft drink)

" Look that's Joey with a new one. "
I pointed the index finger out to the first row.
" Is he still looking for? I heard he broke up with three. That means, this is the fourth one." My tone went up.

" Fifth. He is taking care in an alternate way." Rosa replied.
" Wooohhh".
We both bursted into a laughter noticed by few.
