Part 3: Preporations...

Y/N POV:

I wake up at about 6am. The show starts at ten and I want plenty of time to get ready, not to mention it takes a full hour to get there! I'm hoping Mike, Sully and I can leave for the show about 8. Just to make sure we get there with plenty of time to spare. And we want to get good seats too. I jump out of bed. "Today's the day!" I chant exitedly. I immediately text Mike to make sure he's up.
"Hey Mikey boo :D just making sure you're awake we wouldn't want to be late to Lightning's show!" I send then text and immediately start putting on my outfit. I run over to my mirror to see how it looks. "I look awesome!" I squeal and just then my phone dings.
"Ugh I'm up Y/N no need to worry." Mike replied.
Great! Now I should start getting the rest of my stuff put together.

Mike Wasowski POV:

I wake up to Y/N's text. I try to roll over and grab my phone but Sully has his arm around me and I can't reach.
"Sully, it's time to wake up, today's the day." I say. He groans a bit and releases me from under his arm.
"Sully, today is Lightning McQueen's show!" I continue. Sully eyes open and he sits up.
"Oh gosh what time is it!" He still sounds have asleep. I reach over and grab my phone.
"It's 6:am."
"Well then we better start getting ready."

-time skip-

Y/N POV:

Ok I've got all my stuff together and I'm just about ready. I check my watch. 7:30. Mike and sully should be leaving to come pick me up. I set my backpack next to the door and go to look at myself one last time in the mirror. I am so exited. I will meet the Lightning McQueen! I go back into my living room and flick on the T.V. to see the news is on and they are interviewing Lightning.
"Lightning McQueen, thank you so much for joining us this morning. You must me exited for your show and even more exited for the meet and greet you where able to set up. How is it being able to finally meet all of the adoring fans who have been supporting you throughout your career?" The news reported asks.
"Well you know I wouldn't be where I am today if it wasn't for my fans. They've really motivated me to win countless races. As for the meet and greet I want to thank everybody who got tickets I can't believe they sold out so quickly! I mean sometimes I feel like I'm just some car and people have better things to do then watch me zoom around som track but then I remember why I started racing in the first place. I wanted to make a difference. I wanted to make history. And that's what I plan on doing today." Lighting says. He is so hot! And he has such a way with words!
"Thank you Lightning McQueen for your inspirational words. And for those of you out there watching, today is a day you will not forget!"
