"if i say no" claude said he took a good look at the princess in front of him and he noticed how she no longer called him father and how she no longer shows her expressions it reminded him when he was a child and for some reason, he didn't like it one bit

"You dare to lie on my name I never said I didn't consider you as my daughter" Claude glared at her
"You don't have to say it your actions already say so either way I do not care anymore I will no longer waste my time trying to get your affection your majesty if that is all I will take my leave blessing and glory to the obelian empire goodbye" she bowed then left not waiting for his response
Claude and Felix stood there speechless, the princess no longer cared for his majesty that quickly, what is this feeling why am I sad that wench wants nothing to do with me she's not even my daughter but why do I feel I lost something important claude thought

"Yes your majesty we shall go to the ruby palace now"he said getting up
"Yes your majesty" Felix said they walked to the palace and the princess was right the palace looked awful and not fitted for a princess not like she was treated as one, the maid gasped and sweat dropped seeing the emperor he hasn't been in the palace since the massacre
"So you dare to steal from the imperial family"he glared at them
Athanasias came to witness all of her maids and guards kneeling down shaking while Claude holding his sword she just sighed, I should stop this before he kills them all my debunte is coming up if they die i will have no one to help me
"your majesty if you're going to punish them at least ask for my permission lily, hanna, and ces get up they did nothing wrong your majesty they are the only maids who did their jobs and taken care of me"
claude glared at her which she returned back lily stared at her shocked and terrified but also proud the room went cold seeing the two royals glaring at each other

"and they are my servants i shall punish them myself i don't need your help i only need the budget to increase" she said the servants were thankful and relief that the princess was defending and trying to spare their life they celebrated too soon

"you are no longer the head maid that position will now go to lily as she is the only one i trust enough for the financials",she said pointing at the former head maid Margaret
"and that is all" she turned to claude who stared at her stunned with felix, she acts and looks just like me she has the same glare
"well then i will increased the budget you asked for" he said then leaving with felix she watched them go then turned back to her servants
"i will be eating dinner at the dining room today" she announced the servants quickly got up and started getting ready, this is what happens when i put them in their place this is fun she thought to herself during dinner she kept purposely dropping her spoon so lara could get her a new one when she went to pick it up athanasia took her glass of water and threw it at her
SPLASH the maid yelped athanasia gave her a sly smirked

at night when lily tucked her to bed she began planning
