Do Personality Tests Belong in the Workplace?

Well, first off, it's important to understand that automation doesn't just affect blue collar workers. According to a report from the World Economic Forum, nearly half of all current job positions will require some level of education or training by 2022. These include roles like software developers, engineers, project managers, marketers, financial analysts, and business leaders.

This is why I recommend starting small. If you want to try automating your finances, start with something simple, like paying bills online. Then, once you feel comfortable with that, move onto bigger projects.
