Bev's POV

My eyes fluttered open, looking around to see that I was in the bedroom. I held my blanket close to me as I sat up on the bed and saw that Rosie was next to me, causing me to jump a bit as I didn't realise that she was there. "Where's Summer?" I asked her, "She's doing some of her Queen duties, like making sure that everyone's doing well. I should be with her, but I decided to stay here with you." she replied. I rubbed my neck a little, finding out that it was a bit sore from all the biting. "I can give you some of my blood..."

"No. Don't. The soreness will go away eventually." I cut her off immediately, telling her I didn't want her vampire blood. "Okay...someone woke up in a grumpy mood this morning." she said, which made me get up from the bed fully and went into the bathroom to search for any pain killers. I also had a numbing headache which wasn't helping me at all. Was this me finally coming out of their spell?

"You don't need painkillers, you need vitamins." I heard Rosie tell me from the bedroom. "Where are they, then? Because they aren't in here." I told her, not wanting to raise my voice at her as it would cause more problems. "I'll get them for you, babe. Come back here and wait for me." Rosie ordered me before I closed the cabinets and walked back into the bedroom and sat down on the edge of the bed. I watched her leave for only a couple of seconds before returning with a glass of water and the vitamins that I needed. A minute later, I had swallowed them and drank the water in nearly one go. I guess I was extremely thirsty too.

"I love you, Bev."

"Pardon?"

"I love you, Bev." Rosie repeated herself.

I felt my cheeks go a dark red, blushing at her. I wasn't sure on how to respond to that, so I kept silent. I stood up and wrapped my arms around Rosie, embracing her before we shared a nice little kiss. I think I just told her with my body language that I loved her back.

Then, I watched Summer walk into the room as I was facing the door. "Everyone's doing wonderfully. Now I can spend the rest of the day with you two." she told us before she walked forward and wrapped her arms around us in an big embrace. "What did I miss?" she asked me in my ear, "Nothing much." I replied honestly.

"Good."
