Part 29:- Symbol of our Love

                                     Life feels  so unpredictable and unimaginable, I felt that just I meet Jimin and in few days we are about to become parents. Yes, am a week away for my due date. On my 8th month we had our baby shower with the presence of family members. My Indian family flied over for my baby shower  and we had both kind of baby shower - Indian and western style. It is good to have two types of cultural value in the house. 

Usually in India , if a daughter gets pregnant, the delivery should take place in her parents place because they think that a new going to be mother will be able to be pampered and be taught how to nurture the baby. 

Since, am in Korea and not in India, I miss my home every time but my 7 Korean moms made sure I was pampered and took care of me really well. I really don't know what good deed I did in my past life receive such kind of love , care and affection. My parents had to leave after 2 week because of some important work but promised to be there when I give birth to their grandchild. So, they are going to fly back early next week. 

And today for no surprise all the boys are together at our home. They wanted to help Jimin set the nursery and the crib especially. I was sitting on a couch eating orange/ tangerine with Yoongi. I heard a loud thud from the room which they were setting up. I was not even surprised and said,

''Joon, don't break anything'' and

 I could hear Jimin laughing across the room with Taehyung. Kookie was sitting near me to my left and asked , 

''Does the baby move inside you, Dyu?'' and 

I instantly knew he was curious about it, without speaking I took his hand and kept on my belly, in few seconds he felt the kick of the baby. He was utterly shocked. he asked,

''Does it hurt you, when the baby kicks?'' I simply smiled at his innocence and said,

''No, Kookie . I don't feel hurt rather I know and glad that the baby is moving around and healthy.''  

We all were watching a movie and ordered food for ourselves. Soon the door bell rang and Hoseok went to get the delivery. And Jin arranged our plates, and 

"baby, Joonie, Tae , the food is here ,come and eat '' I called them from the living room and

''Dyu, we will just finish it and come'' Tae said across the room . for which I said

''you can do it later . first have the food, it will get cold" I called them again and this time Jimin was the one to reply 

''baby, you have it . we will come later. don't worry we will heat up the food.'' and I couldn't wait anymore , I looked at others and 

''ok, do whatever you want. don't complain if the food gets over . am hungry , so I will not wait.'' I said and we started to eat.

 I sat the edge of the couch. Since, I wanted to put one leg down and kept my bowl on my belly and continued eating. The movie was interesting and everyone was engrossed in it. I needed a side dish and since I cannot bend over to get , I got up from the couch and bend over to get the side dish and I felt warmth between my legs and thought that it was just my body heat.            Soon , I heard a gasp from Yoongi and I turned towards him with the blank expression and everybody turned towards me and I was still blank , looking at them. 

''Dyu , why there is water coming down from your body'' Kookie was the first one to speak and at that  moment I realized that my water had just broke and I have to go the hospital because am going to have the baby earlier than expected. I took a deep breath and said,
