((TW: Bo gets threatened by three guys but they scurry off without hurting him. Also gunshots but no one actually gets shot))
Bo's heart hammers as he stands on his boat near the net.
He's trying to take his mind off of Dolly through work. Or at least until she shows up so he's not too much of an anxious mess...he doesn't think it'll work however.
He hears another boat pull up eventually and tenses immediately, glancing to the side where he sees three men he knows go by Jones, Fred and David.
"Can I help you boys?" Bo asks, raising an eyebrow at them and Jones hops onboard, followed by the other two and Bo immediately stands straight up.
"We been hearing things Sinclair" Fred hisses at him and Bo just squares his shoulders,
"Oh yea? Like what?" He demands and David's the one to speak,
"You been fraternizing with the fish"
"Ooh big word David, your momma must be so proud" Bo snaps at him, David just looks pissed. Bo doesn't care, he doesn't back down,
"You fellas better get the fuck off my boat before I make you" Bo snarls and Jones looks amused,
"Yea Sinclair? Or what, you gonna hurt us?" He asks mockingly and Bo just growls at them some more before a gun shoots.
The three others jump a bit. Fred stares at Bo,
"There someone else on this boat Sinclair?!"
"Wanna find out?" Bo asks calmly though quite frankly he does not know himself. It seems to spook the other three however and they head off onto their boat,
"This ain't over" Jones warns before another shot sounds and they drive off hurriedly.
Once they're out of sight, Bo turns around,
"Whoever you are, you can come out now" he says sternly and immediately relaxes once Dolly comes out, holding Bo's revolver in her hands.
"Shit doll, you spooked me" Bo says, heading over and gently taking the gun from Dolly who looks worried,
"Are you hurt?" She asks softly and Bo shakes his head,
"Nah doll...I ain't hurt" he says softly, kissing her forehead, "you okay though? Where'd you learn to shoot?"
Dolly nods at the first question, "I am okay...and Rosalie learned, she taught us" she says softly and gives Bo a kiss on the jaw.
Bo sighs, just wrapping an arm around Dolly and nuzzling her close, "Long as you're safe..." he whispered and Dolly huffed, swatting his chest,
"You be safe too"
"Just cause you asked so nicely" Bo says teasingly and Dolly rolls her eyes but looks amused.
Bo smiles at her before it turns nervous, "Hey...Doll? I gotta ask you somethin"
Dolly tilts her head, "What?" She asks and Bo takes a deep breath,
"Do you wanna...go steady with me?" He asks and at the mermaids confused look, says quickly, "like...be my girlfriend?"
Dolly stares at him for a bit. It makes Bo panic a bit but then she perks and immediately lunges up to kiss Bo, almost knocking him over.
Bo chuckles and kisses back, wrapping his arms around Dolly tightly.
After pulling away, Bo looks at Dolly,
"That a yes?"
"Yes!" Dolly chirps and Bo nods,
"Alright...if uh...you're nervous bout them guys..."
"I can take care of myself" Dolly says, puffing her chest out a bit, "there's bigger fish than them!"
Bo smiles at Dollys joke, giving her another small kiss.
He'll just have to keep an eye out and tell his brothers to as well.
