I stopped when I realized I reached the rooftop already.

< Another person's pov >

She was breathing heavily, almost trying to catch some air. She was at verge of fainting due to lack of oxygen. Waiting for a little bit to get a lil rest for her lungs, she stood at the front of rooftop door.

She remembered her past. That seemed like it's happening again.

Same suffering, same traumas but different times.

She stared at the door blankly thinking about her next move.
Sighing heavily she smiled weakly and opened the door and started walking towards the edge of the roof.

Chaeri pushed a chair towards the very edge and stood on it , looking down and at the view of the surroundings.

She screamed to let it all out at once. She Cried and cried till her eyes hurt.

"Choi Soobin" she mumbled to herself.

"I've already got so many worries now why am I getting weird feels....i feel like I know that person but I don't really know....what does this means...and why does my shoulder gets a pinch type of hurt whenever I say his name.... don't tell me it's that- no it can't be it's not possible in this time....it...it was only in stories from old ages..."

She thought to herself, rubbing her left shoulder a little, there was a little birthmark shaped as " half sun " which gets a spark whenever she says "Choi Soobin". But she didn't noticed it yet.

"Who the hell are you choi soobin?"

She yelled not knowing the presence of someone coming on the rooftop.

"I don't care who are you soobin or woobin whatever but I'M ALREADY SO TIRED OF MY LIFE PLEASE DON'T BE ANOTHER SUFFERING FOR ME"

she kept talking to herself.

Until it hit her that it's all messed up again. Like in the past.

Sometimes you pretend your painful past doesn't effect you anymore but it does, it hurts like hell knowing you'll go through all that pain all over again, it gets so much painful that it starts to make u give up of being happy in present. You can't enjoy the present cuz of guilt for yourself from past.

A tear slipped down her eye and she gave a smile to herself.

"I should end it all now, it's in my hands. My past self doesn't deserved this"

Her clear features and small face making it more prettier cuz of all those tears from her eyes by her own guilt for herself.

"I'm sor- sorry...I shouldn't have lost you" said Chaeri to her own and gave herself a butterfly hug.

Saying this , she tried to 'jump' from there but.

"h-hey... don't do that please... that's not always the solution..."

He said trying to be as cautious as he could, to calm her.

"Why are you here and....who are you exactly?" She snapped.

"You called my name"

She froze at her spot.

"....what" she was confused.

"It's me... I'm choi soobin"

She couldn't believe her ears at first but then she said.

"So what...were you eavesdropping me? and why should I listen to you..." She said sniffing.

Her nose was pink cuz of cold.
It was a chilly October morning.

".... I'm just saying... don't do that please... it's for yourself... your guilt and pity for your past self will increase if you did this to yourself now....so just don't ....and"

She just looked at him saying those words, tears trickling down her face nonstop.

"I'm sorry if I can't do anything else for you but I think I should stop you from doing this...to yourself...to your close people...to me".

saying this he extended his hand gently towards her so she could get down from there.

"And no you didn't lost her...in this world of chaos you're just blinded by your pity and empathy towards your past self...she inside of you.... just try to take a little peek at her....try to convince her to coordinate with you so you can be one...a pure person"

His words were so soft and gentle. She couldn't stop crying listening to him. She got down from there with the help of his hand.

"I'm sorry..." She finally spoke.

They both didn't knew who she was sorry for.  It was most likely, she was sorry for herself, for going through all that.

" Don't be sorry.... please just LOVE the inner you... that's your past self and the real you, those all are part of you, ONE person"

He said that softly.

She was still holding his hand, his last two fingers to be exact, because of size difference between their hands.

He smiled with reassurance and patted her head and back gently.

"It's gonna be okay... she'll agree with you and thank, you". he said.

She got closer and hugged him, still crying. She couldn't seem to stop.

He flinched.

His cheeks got a little tint of rosy color.

but then quickly stopping himself, he said,

"Let it all out and don't be sorry to anyone, you're so precious"
He hugged her back so tightly. Him being worried for her, was showing by his actions.

His words made her cry because those words were the only thing she wanted to hear all her life.

Growing up without a proper family and honest friends by her side, she only wished for these little words of assurance and affection.

He made her wish true.

Afterall, it was  HIS DUTY  to make her wishes come true.
