Chap 2 : "Not the weirdest thing that happend"

Mia's POV:

-"...You want to do what now..?"

Yeah... Maybe just straight up telling mom that wasnt the best strategy there is...

-"Mom, hear me out. Its a really good opportunity for me and my team!" I tried to explain to her.

Well. This actually went a lot better than I imagined. I didnt think mom would agree THAT quick. I mean, weirdest things have happend in this Arceus forsaken family so its not really that surprising. My sister fighting interdimensionnal beings and defeating a powerful organisation at 11 years old is one of those things. The cherry on top was when she managed to catch Solgaleo. MOTHERFUCKING SOLGAL-

I would say without much hesitation that im the most bland and normal person in this family, out of the people I know. So this is my chance ! Now i can finally show how much of a skilled trainer i am !

Its been a day since that phone call and, somehow, Im already in a plane destination Galar.
Mom really doesnt give a fuck.
I love her.

After sleeping through the whole flight to avoid talking to people, I finally got off this hell of a plane. Every place that contains people i do not know is hell. The plane landed in Wyndon, meaning i have to take a train for Wedgehurst in order to then walk to postwick, where Gloria and her mom live.

As i stepped out of the train station, i was met by my aunt Catherine, Gloria's mother.
-"Mia ! Oh look at you, You're all grown up!" She exclaimed,"Last time i saw you, you were as tall as 3 berries!"

Aunt Catherine, i know youre not saying it in a mean way, but im still fucking short.

-"Its nice to see you too aunty!"

After a bit of walking, we were standing outside her house.
-"Come on Mia! Make yourself at home!", she said.
-"Will do aunty!"
I know damn well im still going to act like a total stranger to the house even after 2 months, but that she surely knows.
I walked up the stairs to find the room i was going to sleep in.

-"Who the fuck is Adlyn?"
I didnt know someone else lived with them? Plus i never heard of an Adlyn.

-"I'll just take the room next to it."
