The day was the same as any other for the students of the notorious Class E. For them, it was just another day, another failed assassination attempt. The day was one of the hottest ones on record, and it didn't help that they were in the middle of a massive heatwave. All that combined with the fact that it was the middle of summer. Everyone in class e had to work their asses off. In the blazing hot sun no less. But, little did they know that there was someone else who had it much worse than them. One of the girls, Rio Nakamura was hanging out with the rest of the girls from her class when she heard something in the forest.

It sounded like something, or someone in pain.
Rio: "What the?"
Rio moved to the noise it getting louder and louder until she sees a little Kitten. The poor thing looked like it was out in the sun alone for a long time. It had patches of it's fur missing and it was covered in scars. It looked like it hadn't eaten or drank anything in weeks, maybe longer. The poor thing was also limping and had its paw stuck in a thorn bush. Rio slowly got it's paw out of the thorn bush and gently bandaged it's paw.
Kitten: *soft crying*
Rio: "Its okay little guy I'll get you someplace cool."
Rio gently bent down and picks up the kitten in her arms. The kitten looked up at her. She could see the sadness, pain, and suffering in its eyes. The poor thing had suffered so much in such a short time. It broke her heart.
Rio: "I'll get you food water and a nice bath. How does that sound?"
The kitten rubs it's cheek against her with a pur.
Rio: *giggles* "Awwwwe, I guess you really like that, huh?"
Kitten: "Meow!"
The kitten rubs its little body against her, purring softly and gives her a little lick on her cheek. The kitten curls up into a ball in her arms. Rio smiles and gently pets its ears as she heads back to meet up with the other girls.
Rio: 'Their gonna love you!!'
Kitten: "Meow." *yawns cutely*
Rio: "Are you tired little guy?"
Kitten: *Purring*
The kitten snuggles up close to her, resting its body against her. Its little tail wagged slightly as she ran her fingers through its messy, and matted yet soft fur.
Rio: *Bouncing him in her arms*
Rio suddenly hears one of her friends calling to her, wondering where she went off to.
Meg: "Rio? Where are you?"
Rio: "I'm over here guys!"
The kitten suddenly put its paws over his ears and tensed up a little bit. Not in a stressed sort of way, but in more of a scared way.
