I crouched down and then began to focus. Soul coursed throughout my body I also felt something being drained out of my body it was specifically being drained from my chest.
It was probably where my soul container was located. It was probably not full either as mid-way through while I was focusing soul stopped coming out.
'Well shit how will I train now?' I thought. I sat down on the floor and then thought 'Well since the soul is in everybody can't I just manipulate my soul?'
I decided to try it out. I got up and then began to focus again but this time drawing soul from myself. My body shriveled up due to my soul being drained but since I was healing myself I went back to normal after a bit.
It was a loop an uncomfortable one at that. I stopped focusing and then two screens appeared in front of me.

'I mean I was going to train myself either way so this is just an added bonus.' I thought happily. I then began to think about what I learned from using focus.
'Alright so when I used focus soul was taken out of me and it coursed through my body. So when it coursed through my body it was in a state where I could use it.
And when I focus it probably makes soul go to the area where I'm injured and heals it. So all I need to do is get it to the state where I can use it. And that means that I need to get the soul out of the container.' I thought as I sat down.
I then focused on my chest as it is where my soul container is located. I then tried to pull my soul out of my container but all the attempts were useless. 'What am I doing wrong?' I thought.
'When I used focus it had a goal to heal me and that is what it did. Maybe I just need to give the soul a goal and then I can use it.' I thought.

I dismissed the screen. I thought of what I wanted the soul to do. I just wanted it to cover my arm I wasn't going to do something complex yet.
I then began to focus on my chest I felt soul leak out and cover my arm I looked at my arm and saw that it had a white cover on it.
Then the cover shattered at the soul went back into my chest. 'Well now at least I know how to use it.' I thought as I stood up.
I then noticed one of the crystals beside me. It stuck out of the ground and faintly glowed it looked very beautiful. I wanted to know what I would get from it if I used integration on it. I went close to it and then reached out to it.
*Whispering.*
I turned around but there was no one there. I then looked at the crystal and got near it I then heard faint whispering. 'Weren't the crystals supposed to hum? Wait I forgot I have All Speak why did I forget about that?' I thought as I got closer to the crystal.
The whispering got louder and louder until I was able to understand it.
Crystal: "Thy ancient power bless these lands with thy presence. Bathe us in your light and beautiful power."
'It said something about an 'ancient power' but the only ancient power that I know of is either the Radiance or the Shade Lord. And the Shade Lord doesn't exist yet so I guess that the ancient power they are referring to is the Radiance. But why are the crystals chanting to the Radiance though?' I thought.
I then grabbed the crystal and began to pull it from the ground. It tore off from the ground and I held it to my right hand. I looked at Sly and saw that he was still sleeping I still decided to move though just in case he woke up.
I went further into Crystal Peak though I didn't go that far from Sly. My left arm ripped open and then swallowed the crystal. It was torn up by the steel-like teeth and then it went deeper into my body.

'That was surprisingly easy. And I even gained a new skill! Well, I should wake up Sly now.' I thought as I walked back to Sly. I was going to save the stat points for later and the shop points I was going to save the points so that I could buy a specific OP item.
I walked up to Sly and then patted his shoulder a bit. He then soon woke up he stood up and then looked at me.
Sly: "Why did you wake me up?"
Excursion: "Well I got better at using soul."
Sly: "Are you sure? It takes a while to even get soul mastered to a level where you can actually use it."
Excursion: "Yeah."
Sly: "Alright get your nail and I want you to try to use the move. Don't disappoint me."
