I know I'm gonna have to stay in the hospital for a few days. So I packed a few things. I quietly left the room. I was almost to the front door when I hear footsteps behind me.

I turned and looked at him. He looked at me with tired eyes.

With that, I managed to get away from the house. I got to the hospital and changed my paperwork so the guys wouldn't get a call if something happens. A nurse came in to get me ready for my surgery as I looked out the window of my room...
