I've done the puzzle a bazillion times. The picture in the jigsaw is a gorgeous white horse galloping over a pretty prairie.

What should I do now... all I have is a feather quill, ink, and this book. Maybe I could write. That'll be extra boring though... Oh well.

Day 10

I'm getting bored of being red. I found this old TV set, so I watched an episode of I Love Lucy... Well, there's something new to do in this old place.

I also found out that I have no feet... What have I been doing this whole time, floating around? Hmmm.

Day 11

What to do, what to do, what to do. I'm soooo bored! I wish I had a phone so I could call Reggie!

Then I had an idea!

"I could go outside to the store to get a phone!" I say to myself.

I also need food though... But how can I pay for food and a phone? Suddenly a note came from the hutch on the door and it said "We're hiring!" It was a poster for an electric company.

Like magic!

Since there was an old telephone on the table (It wasn't there before, so how did that happen?) I picked it up, dusted it off and dialled the number on the poster. The phone rang three times before a young man's voice came on.

"Hello, welcome to AUV!" the young man said.

"Hi! I am looking to apply for your job!" I said.

"Okay! Come tomorrow for an interview!" the man replied.

Day 12

The next morning I woke up and then, in a rush, opened all the drawers, got the best dress (which was a little torn on the hem) out of all of them, had a shower and got my ID card. I rushed down the stairs, and my hands were shaking...

"Hello... you must be here for the job interview. Your name, please?" The man at the front desk said. "Uhhhh," I say while I look at my ID Card, "Willow Starfrost?"

I was so nervous, but I needed money and my mom taught me how to work with wires...

Later...

"Yup, you seem right for the job!" The interviewer said.

The interviewer's name was Eloise, I read from her name tag. She was a pretty tall woman with long, long dark brown hair and a sparkly smile like on a sunny day.

Ohhh, I haven't seen the sun since I left the train station...

What's the sun, again?

"Well! You start tomorrow and you work night shifts!" She said with a warm welcoming smile.

Night shifts! Just awesome. That means that I have to sleep during the morning! I walk out of the company store and go home. Better get some sleep!

Day 13

As I wake up, I finally notice the window in my room! Outside the window there was a Sakura tree. It was the same faint red I am right now and the bark looks a little pale...

Hmm...

There wasn't really much to do... Since I slept in until 5PM, I will be really active. But I decided to save my energy for work! Besides, work starts at 9PM and finishes at 6AM, so I will be really tired in the morning!

At least it's money... Mom used to say if you don't like the job then don't do it! I like the job because it reminds me of when we were in Tokyo in the garage. I'm not too sure where I am right now... Some place in Japan, that's all I know.

Maybe I could find a map? How though? I mean, Reggie is with the police force! Maybe I could ask for a map from them, they ALWAYS need to know where people are...

Sooooo

They might as well have some maps! It would almost be silly for them not to have a map. Or, at least, some sense of where I am... It's the police after all...

Ah, honestly, I feel myself racing. I am nervous. To be completely transparent is terrifying. Then I remember, Reggie left his business card on the desk and it has his number!

I pick up the old phone again and dial the number, the phone rings 4 times before he answers with a serious voice, "Hello, officer Reggie Carmount speaking, who's there?"

"Reggie, oh, thank the Lord you've answered!" I replied, feeling relieved.

"Willow? Who is this?" He said in an almost suspicious way.

"Yes, Reggie, it's me. I need you to listen very carefully." I said.

"Why?" Reggie asks.

"Well... You know how I kinda.. Just a little bit...HAVE NO IDEA WHERE I AM!?" I cried.

"Woah, woah, woah! What do you need this time?" Reggie calmed me down.

"Well... I need a map, I don't care what map, I just need a map!" and so I mumbled why I needed it.

"You have a good point, okay, fine, come here, it's 22 Midway Lane." He says before he hangs up the phone.

Midway Lane! That's practically beside my house! Well, since it was that close I didn't need to pack anything...
