Part 1

Luffy is laying in the bed hooked up to a machine keeping him alive
???:hm, some people have to see what made u this way and others need to feel your pain...let's have them see it...

After a flash of light shanks ace and sabo all teleport into a pitch black room... shanks was already scared in the beginning but he was shocked to see ace and sabo infront of him hugging they were basically his family now so he ran to hug them now seeing this was wholesome but that moment died after garp appeared with Akainu shanks stepped away from everyone no wanting a consequence and stood alone soo after came luffys crew all shocked when the saw shanks and everyone
Zoro: shanks?
Shanks: zoro?
Luffys crew: SHANKS!!
The crew ran a practically jumped on shanks giveing him a hug they new the pain he was in after he saw Luffy crying for ace to come back when he got there he was to late...so shanks and his crew was allowed by luffys crew to tag behind them for as long as they need... soon law came out of no where
Law: where the hell am I...
No one cares at this point it was normal until dragon ALSO appeared and shanks new at this moment someone really wanted him dead because he did NOT look happy...he looked straight at shanks and then at garp and walked over to garp just standing there next to him "hello everyone..." someone random appeared no knows who they are "WHO ARE YOU!" Yelled garp "calm down now...I'm not here to hurt you all...I'm only here to show you someone's past..." they all stared confused but went straight to shocked when they saw Luffy laying in the hospital bed, it was obvious shanks took most of the inpact on seeing him like this as he put his hands on his head and looked down trying to not remember seeing Luffy like that and to not cry robin walked behind him and put a hand on his shoulder in comfort it helped a little- dragon tensed up clenched fists and everything frap also looked down Akainu was....smiling while law just stood there...ace and sabo walked over to him and quietly told him sorry... "now as I said we are here to see what happened before all of this madness but let me add one more group". Soon a huge flash of light appears and white beards crew appeared "what the.." Marco sees ace and runs at him hugging him as ace just laughs white beard smiles at his kids. "Now we can continue" the scene changes to what looks like luffys home island oh is this when me and luff met? Though shanks
Luffy was walking along the shore and saw a pirate ship he was always fascinated by pirates as soon as the ship docked the mayor appeared "hello!" A red haired man appears "hi there!", "Luffy no... don't talk to them pirates are horrible evil people!" "What! But they don't look mean! They look kind!" Says luffy, he was trying his best, "pls?" The mayor ignored him "what do u want pirates?" "Oh just to restock our supplies! That's all!" Said the red haired pirate

Shanks smiled at the memory while garp looked like he wanted to murder shanks and Akainu at this exact moment while dragon had no idea what was about to happen-

"How long will u stay here?!" The mayor yelled "a month or so- they we will leave with no one harmed!" The mayor nodded "btw do u have a bar of something cause me and my crew could really use some food..." Luffy looked happy "yea! Follow me!" The mayor already left after this point he gave up on stopping Luffy so the pirates followed Luffy

Shanks chuckled to him self remembering what would happen next as he would always and still does find what Luffy does as cute luffys crew was just watching there crazy little captain and such a young shanks. The scene changed again they still with the pirates Luffy was eating with them and talking to shanks so normally

"Shishishishi! That's awsome shanks!" Shanks chuckled at his comment "thanks!" Luffy went to get up to go help makino clean but fell "are u ok?" Shanks helped Luffy get up "ow- yea- I'm fine!" He walked it off smiling as always so shanks just sits back down and continues to eat food till the door busts open and a man walks through

Luffys crew look shocked and shanks cringed back a bit remembering what happens... garp stood still and ace looked more interested in this now thank fully the person spared shanks life and completely skipped the nonsense of the idiotic bandits and instead shows the after math

Luffy was bleeding on his arm a little as the bandits retreated "sorry makino- the bandits came again... they are so annoying!?" He stated "it's ok Luffy that's for doing that!" He laughed while shanks and his crew looked dead pan shocked at what just happened...HIS BODY LITERALLY STREATCHED!? "That- WAS AWSOME!" Shanks stated he was on the floor still Luffy turned around and helped clean shanks off "thanks shanks...usually everyone else never notices that I keep the bandits for harming us"

Everyone smiled (besides Akainu ofc) seeing how happy Luffy is around shanks until shanks realizes when that if they next thing is shown he might end up dead- so as the scene changes it show Luffy on the beach looking out at sea.

As Luffy looks out at sea shanks comes behind him "what's wrong anchor?" Luffy looks at him "nothing..." shanks looked unfazed "are u sad I'm leaveing for another voyage tomorrow?" He nodded "why?" He stood up and hugged shanks and shanks hugged him back "tomorrow is my birthday that's why...a-and I wanted to celebrate it with u...and I'm also scared u might not come back!" Shanks comforted Luffy as best as he could as he tryed not to blush the best he could.

Dragon and garp could tell shanks was trying to not blush which only angered them more but shanks knew he was dead from what he does after this...

"Hey how about I move to voyage for after tomorrow ok?" Luffy looked up at him "r-really! You would do that for me?" Shanks chuckled at his excitement "anything for the person I love the most" Luffy blushed at that "eh- uh.." it took shanks a second to realize what he just said "I- UH- Um.... S-sorry?" He blushes heavy and Luffy smiles "it's ok- but for embarrassing me ur gana have to pay~" "w-what?!" Luffy nodded and got a bit closer to shanks face shanks realized what the payment was- he wanted a kiss...so shanks leaned in a gave Luffy a small kiss on the lips before turning his head as he turns beet red "shishishi that's payback!"

Shanks tryed to hide but it was no use he was gana die- here and now- without even seeing the present Luffy once more-. "SHANKS" he could hear the anger in garp and dragons voice "now now men...let's calm down" the voice shut them up and shanks was saved yet again....
