I didn't fall in love with you,
when I wanted to,
when you caught my eye,
or at the moment you came into my life.
I fell in love with you,
when I needed you,
and I didn't even know it.
I fell in love with a person,
that I always needed the most,
the one that always made me happy.
Not only happy,
But to be happy with who I am.
Who made me realize,
that I am capable of love.
and you have done all of that,
while making every single day,
even better for me.
That moment I see you,
I feel uncontrollable amounts of joy,
I feel fulfilled,
Even if the day is just about to get started,
and the days without you,
Well, they seem to last lifetime,
a lifetime that I'll never be ready for..
and I can't believe,
I went that long,
without loving you in my life.
This is a poem, by my favorite poet.
