Personality: Tsuki is very manipulative and seductive, preferring to have others do things for her. However, she can be kind towards those she truly regards as friends.
Powers: She is incredibly strong and fast during the night, and can drink blood. She also has the ability to turn others into vampires. As time goes on, and she gets stronger, she gets more powers.
Weaknesses: sunlight does make her weaker, but can't outright kill her. However, she is quite vulnerable to being distracted by things she sees as cute.
