Kazuha's pov.
I woke up feeling very warm and a huge headache.
I had a fever, but i already knew that, i had a fever for 2 days now, ofcourse i didnt tell beidou since i did not want to bother her with something like this. I did all my chores on the ship everyday still just fine so i was fine.
I got up, got dressed and went to go eat breakfast with the rest.
Actaully, im not really to hungry right now so i didnt really need it, i wouldnt wanna waste food either. So instead i went to the deck and started on my daily chores. And after a bit i saw beidou walking towards me.
"Kazuha? Why didnt you come for breakfast? We saved some food for you so you can still eat you know." Beidou explained to me. "Ah no need captain, im not hungry" i told my captain.
Beidou looked at me worriedly.
"If you say so.." she then said, she didnt seem to believe me but she let it slide.
After a few hours of doing my daily chores which sadly was cleaning the deck for me today i started feeling dizzy, so i quickly grabbed the edge of the ship to regain my balance. "Kazuha!? Are you okay?" I heard beidou yell as i heard footsteps running over to me.
"Im fine just.." my vision was getting blurry and i saw black spots in my vision and after a few moments i used my other arm to support myself to.
A few seconds later the sea was very wavy which made the ship move alot and i fell of the ship.
I was sinking to the bottom, i was trying to swim up but i couldnt. I then felt someone grab me under my shoulders.
My lungs were filled with water.
I was trying to stay awake, i dont wanna die! Not like this atleast!
And then everything went black.
Was i dead? I wasnt quite sure.
It was only black for a moment.
It was a short moment, just like how it would happen when you sleep.
I woke up in the infirmary on the ship.
Who had saved me? Was it beidou? I really should apologize to her for all the trouble i caused.
I opened my eyes, the light blinded me and i turned around.
"Mhnn.." i groaned, i slowly tried opening my eyes again, i just stared at the wall and got used to the light.
"So kazuha, why did you not tell me?" I heard beidou say stearnly.
It made me flinch, i didnt like it when beidou was angry at me.
I tried playing it off as if i was still sleeping, which ofcourse failed..
"I know ur not sleeping kazuha."
Beidou said, again in a stearn voice.
I hesitated for a few seconds.
I heard beidou sigh.
"Look i know you've been having a hard time recently kazuha, and-" i cut beidou off.
"Im sorry.." i mumbled, beidou stayed quiet for a few minutes.
"Kazuha you dont have to be sorry, just-" i cut her off again.
"I wont." I said coldly.
Beidou was quiet again.
Why did i say it like that? I probably sounded so annoyed or rude or..
"Kazuha, look.. i deffinetly dont know what is going on in ur dumb little head, but not eating, or telling us when your running a fever is just.. i just wish u did tell me, i wouldve been able to help you, and you probably wouldnt have fallen of the ship." Beidou then said.
I decided to sit up straight and i faced beidou.
I swear i was at the verge of tears after she said that.
"I just.. dont wanna bother you with something as small as having a fever" i then said as i put my elbows on my knees and placed my head on my hands.
It was stupid wasnt it?
I caused so much trouble.
"Kazuha it isnt a small thing to me, when i know your sick, you will be above anything else no matter what it is. Your health is the most important thing" beidou said. I smiled slightly.
This was making me feel a bit better.
"But, your not getting out of bed for atleast 2 weeks" beidou then said with a smirk.
I quickly looked her in the eyes,
"Why?" I simply asked and beidou raised a brow.
Oh right... i was still running a fever plus falling off the ship didnt really help with that did it? But 2 weeks? That is a little much.
"I mean, why 2 weeks though? Isnt that a bit long? Not complaining ofcourse" i said, adding the last part with a smile.
"Well you deffinetly need some relax time, oh and no smoking weed anymore" when i heard beidou say the last part my eyes went a little wide.
"How do you know-" i said
"Oh i didnt know for sure, but now i do, idiot" beidou said as she ruffled my hair a bit and left the room.
"Ill be back with some soup in a minute!"
