"they've been out there for a while now!!" I complain, Max pats your shoulder "I'm sure they're fine, Lucas what do you see?" Max asked. Lucas went to grab the binoculars from Dustin, Dustin held the binoculars above his head "no you don't" Dustin said and put them back in front of his face "I'll do it, they are mine after all" I sighed and walked over to a log and sat down.

For those who don't know me, I'm Y/n Harrington, Steve's little sister. Right now all of the older teens were in the middle of the lake while we. Dustin, Max, and Lucas were waiting for them. They were taking forever!!

Max was telling at Lucas and Dustin for 'acting immature' for what. I don't know. Out of nowhere a blue star portal opened up. I looked back at my friends "hey guys!!" I yelled but they didn't seem to hear me. I've never seen a portal to the upside down like this before, but there's a first time for everything, right?

I got up and walked over to the portal, I looked back at them"guys!" I yelled again, maybe this would lead me to were Steve went since I had a feeling he and the others were in the upside down. Ad I went to again, I got sucked into the star portal. I let out a scream and watched as my friends and the forest we were I st in disappear.

Max pov

We all turned when we heard y/n scream, but we didn't see anything but a blue light disappear. We all looked at each other and then at were she was.

"Y/N!!!" We all screamed but we're meet with silence. We counited to tell for her but didn't get an answer, we walked around and kept telling for her.

"Why are you guys yelling?" Robin asked, Steve and Nancy and Eddie walked up behind her, Steve looked at us "where's y/n?" He asked. Concern and worry in his voice, everyone knew how protective he was of her. It was quite for what seemed liked years but was only a few minutes "guys?" Nancy asked while looking at us. I looked at Dustin and Lucas, sorry guys.

I pointed at them and yelled "they lost her!" "WHAT!!?" The boys yelled, including Steve. I sent them a sorry look "you lost my sister?!" Steve asked his voice filled with anger, Nancy placed a hand on his arm to try and calm him down, I think. The boys shook their heads "no, were just..." Dustin looked over at Lucas for help "were just playing hid and seek, Y/n where are you?!" Lucas yelled out into the dead forest.

Steve stepped forward "you lost her, you little shitheads" "Steve" robin said while smacking his head "be nice to your kids" she said, which made Steve look at her "for the last time, their not my kids Robin" Steve yelled. Eddie stepped forward "I'm sure it was an accident" he said.

Everyone looked at him weirdly, expect for Dustin "yeah, it was an accident" Dustin said, Steve ran his hand through his hair "how do you accidently lose someone?" Nancy asked "first I get attack by bats and now you lose my sister" Steve sighed annoyed.

At the mention of bats robin steeped back from Steve "I still think you have rabies" robin said. At that we all backed away from him "I don't have rabies" Steve said calmly.

"Listen, why don't we go back to my house and then figure something out" Nancy suggested and we all agreed.

Y/n pov

I looked around me, expecting to see the upside down and my brother, maybe. But instead I was inside a house, I heard talking and people coming down the stairs, I felt something tap my shoulder, I spun around and let out a scream when I saw a cape standing in front of me.

Two guys came running into the room, they had orange sparks coming out of their hands. I've seen some crazy shit in my life but nothing like this.
"Who are you?" The taller guy asked, I hesitate to answer him, I sighed "y/n, y/n Harrington" i say, they looked at me "who?" Asked the shorter one "are you a fan or something?" The taller one asked.

"What? no, I don't even know who you guys are" I said, they looked at each other then back at me.

I took a sip of my coke while keeping my eye on the two, their coke bottles were different for what I was used to, it was in a can instead of a glass bottle. Which was odd "can I take a picture?" A girl asked the taller guy, I turned my head and saw she was holding a small light blue thing in her hands. The taller guy shook his head "I'm busy" he said waving her off, she walked away with her head hanging low "where are you from kid?" The taller guy asked "what's your name?" I asked him back.

The taller guy spoke first "Strange, Steven Strange" he said, I chocked on the drink "Strange?" I asked trying not to laugh, as that would probably have been rude. "Wong" the shorter guy asked, what was up with their names?

"Your parents couldn't just have named you guys james or something?" I asked "never mind" I said

"Where are you from?" Strange asked "Hawkins Indiana, 1986" I said
They gave me a strange look "what?" I asked confused "the year is 2025," Wong said.
