We walked into the house which was empty, since Holly and Nancy's parents were out and the boys were in the basement. The girls opened the door and walked downstairs. Steve who was sitting on the couch jumped up "did you find her?" He asked worry in his voice, I smiled. I missed him the most, I think. The girls looked 'sad" "no sorry, steve" Robin said, Nacncy moved to rub steve's back. I think she still likes him, but isn't she still with Johnathan? Or did they break up while I was gone? Apparently I was gone for two days, but they couldn't tell the cops without saying we were hanging out in the forest with a guy wanted for murder.
Steve ran a hand through his hair and fall back into the couch with a groan, the boys snuck lower into the couch. I silently walked down the stairs the boys didn't notice but the girls were trying to hold in their laughs. I crossed my arms and leaned against the wall "wow, I've been gone for two days and this us-" I was cut off by the boys "Y/N!?" They yelled and ran to hug me.
I smiled and tried to hug them all, Eddie stayed away from me, which made sense because we didn't really know each other that well. Steve was close but not in the hug "you didn't miss me?" I asked once Dustin and Lucas pulled away from me. Once they were gone steve ran over and picked me up and spun me around "I'm so glad your back!!" He screamed, "never do that again" he said while placing me back down, I looked up at him and laughed "I promise, I'll never let that happen again" I said. He looked me over and the pulled me into another hug. He sat me down on the couch while max cleaned and bandaged my wounds for me "thanks max" I smiled at her "no problem" she smiled back at me.
"So what happened?" Dustin asked "where did you go?" Lucas asked "well...." I told them the whole story the whole time they looked at me with open mouths and wide eyes.
"That's so cool"
"You traveled through time?!"
"How is that even possible?"
"What was it like?"
The questions were never ending. I smiled. I'm glad to be back home.
