Chapter 4:)

After school

Adrianna POV

" damn, damn,damn", I yelled as Michelle and I walked home.

"well look at the bright side,, diggys in your group", she said, trying to make me feel better.

" that don't Make it no better, I said, stoping to tie my shoe.

"well you said he talked to you, he must be interested", she said stoping with me.

" highly doubt that", I said starting to walk again.

We walked to the front of the house and I could already hear jada crying. Why my house always got to be the loudest on the street??!

I quickly told Michelle bye and and walked up to my door.

" remember meet me at the gym at 6" she said reminding me for the 50th time today!

"otay", I said snapping my fingers like buckweed ( in the little rascals).

I walked into my house to be barn bared with screaming and yelling. My brother and mother can never get along in the same room. I dnt get why there always in the same room knowing good and well they always fight .

" why do u always treat me like a child", my brother, Cameron said.

" I'm not ,, I'm acting like a concerned mother, and if u ever use that tone again with me again, I'll jack u up so fast", my mom said ending the conversation. You could see concern and fire in her eyes. i mean i dont blame hercameron can be a real jackass.Cameron wiped his hands over his face. He turned around and noticed me standing in the door way.

Cameron is reckless if that is what u would call it. He always in trouble and is jadas dad. He's not with her mom, now but they probably get back together before the end of the month. There are always off and on.

"heyy lil sis", he said opening his arms up.

" hi", I said hugging him. " where's jada"

" she in the living room, how u been", he said sticking his hands in his pockets. Out of the Conner of my eye I could see my mom holding her head and look at both of us.

"okay I guess, waht bout you". I could see my mother shaking her head.

Diggy's POV

Me and Jacob stayed at the school after school. Our game starts at 7:00 and we get out at 3:15 so it makes no sense to go home. If u go home ill eat too much and get sick before the game. Plus coach wanted to get an extra practice in before the game.

" so u talked to her" , Jacob asked tieing his basketball shoe.

"yeah man, she was pretty nice", I replied. I bounce the ball criss cross between my legs. I when up for a jump shot when, coach walked in.

" hello gentlemen", he said dragging in his duffle bag.

" hey ", I said going to get my own rebound.

" y'all ready to play tonight"

" yea " , we both said in unison.

The players begin to come in one by one. A part of me hoped that she might come to the game.

Adrianna POV

My brother left, and my mom soon after that. She is always working, it seems like I could could walk out anyway I wanted to and she wouldn't know cause she is never home.

"Come on Jada", I said grabbing her diaper bag. She just turned four but her mother insists that she still needs it. I don't see why,she can go to the bathroom by herself, and as long as she can do that she's okay with me.

I grabed her and put her in my hip , and continued out the door.
