It's as the paramedics confirmed: Ken Ryugui, known as Draken, amongst many...has passed away.

Takemichi doesn't know what to do with himself anymore. He saved Senju, sure...but in the end, it was him that was saved. If you really think about it, the timeline that he envisioned didn't change at all; there was still someone that sacrificed their own life for him, for his well being.

And of all people, it had to be Draken. The most compassionate and kindest man that Takemichi has ever known.

Oh how Takemichi regrets letting this be. Yet, at the same time, asks himself: Where the hell did I go wrong?

Senju can only watch Takemichi contemplate from afar. "Hanagaki..." She's confused as to why he's been wandering around the empty parking lot, the same place that Draken's passing had occurred.

It can't escape his head. Those dreadful words that the paramedics told Takemichi, pronouncing Draken's demise; a failure to the career that the paramedics had chosen to pursue.

Things couldn't be any more worse than what is it now for Takemichi.

"Hanagaki!" Senju calls out to the time leaper in a loud voice, hoping to receive his attention.

Takemichi finally looks her way, his face still pale from the shock. There's hardly any light in his eye. "Huh? Yes?" One can assume that even him has lost hope.

"What'll we do now?" Senju asks, unsure of what action to take now.

Takemichi goes quiet. He can care less about what to do next. His guilt was eating him up, draining his sanity, the one thing that had kept this entire time, since the very beginning of his journey.

"Hanagaki?" Senju struggles to understand what exactly is going on in Takemichi's mind. And it's reasonable. But, to some extent, it's on her part too for not being very good at communicating. Especially with people that were her age.

Takemichi returns his gaze to Senju. "Ah...I'm sorry. What did you say?"

"Hanagaki..." Senju doesn't persist on the boy anymore, seeing as though he still needs time to process the recent event.  That's why, she then relies on her vice commander to determine the next move. "(Y/n), what do you think we should do now?"

Luckily, the paramedics treated (Y/n)'s wound, and excused her from being dragged to the hospital. But that wouldn't change the severity of (Y/n)'s mental condition. Her reaction to Draken's death is no different from Takemichi's; there's a great sense of disbelief present on her face, no different from the death of her brother.

"(Y/n)?" Senju takes a step closer to her vice commander.

(Y/n) had already heard Senju the first time, but her eyes don't even dare to look her way. "Right...those guys came from Rokuhara Tendai...their target was Takemichi...so...we have to do something to either retaliate or...retreat..." In her voice are little to no emotion whatsoever.

"(Y/n)..." Senju appreciates (Y/n)'s effort in pulling through, yet it's painful to see how much of an effort she is putting in. And she doubts that her own words can even help her, nor Takemichi.

"Senju!" Making an appearance at the parking lot the three stand on is Takeomi, who looks like he has been running in a hurry. "Is it true they got Draken?" Like Senju and (Y/n), he was wearing his Brahman uniform. And following him into the scene were the rest of the executives, and a single squad from the gang.

Senju takes the time to explain everything that lead up to the loss. And Takeomi already loses it, upset that Rokuhara Tendai had planned such a desperate scheme.
