My thoughts are things I can't voice.
Not to you; barely to myself.
Every time I see you,
My heart races.
Speaking to you was my choice.
How do you feel about yourself,
Knowing my heart is broken in two?
I see you in so many places.
You won't meet my eyes.
I wish I could see you,
The real you.
Why won't you tell me your feelings?
If you don't like me in return,
Face me.
Don't make me wait in agony.
I've never had this feeling for anyone else.
It may hurt for a while,
I'll get over it.
If you do like me,
But you're too shy.
Don't be.
I'll take you as you are.
Love is a strong word.
I'll just say:
I really, really like you
Like I've never liked anyone before.
