The best part of today was that Steve, and Robin, had no idea that you moved here. Grabbing your bag and your phone, your realized that you had a notification from a unknown phone number.

Eddie. Your smile grew as you saw the text. "What is it" your mom said from as you looked up to see her leaning on your doorframe. "Oh! Nothing." You said putting your phone in your back pocket. " let's go then!" "Okay okay I'm coming." The ride to school felt like forever. Bouncing your leg like crazy and chewing your at your skin on your fingers. "Honey, it will be ok." Was it going to be okay? " yea mom, I know." As soon as you knew it even though it felt like forever, you pulled into Hawkins high.
You were a bit nervous about seeing Eddie there. Unless he was like a old weirdo that didn't even go to school anymore. You walk in. No one was staring! Well except Robin and Steve. I kid you not when I walked in and saw them their jaws were on the floor.
Robin ran to you and hugged you. Picking you up and twirling you in the air. Steve going a million miles per hour as he was asking a lot. "Wait. Do you go here now?" Said Robin breaking the hug. You nodded super fast, "I moved here with my mom. My dad and her broke up." Did they know? Whatever they know now. " HAHAH! YES!" Said Steve as he went into a hug with you.
You went to your first class. Still no sign of Eddie.
TIME TRAVEL= lunch time.
You got lunch as you went to go get a seat. You knew that dusty brown curly hair. "Henderson!" Dustin looked back at you. "Wait. DYLAN?!?" Dustin got up to hug you as you have knuckles to Mike. He didn't seem very interested that you were here. "Yes, it's me, your favorite." You said with a smile. "Well Dylan, these are my friends." He went on naming them all, but you didn't give a flying shit. Until your eyes stopped.
At Eddie.
"Well hello there, punky." You lightly blushed as he remembered that. "Hello there." You said as you didn't break the stare. "Anyways! Let's get to the point! Dylan, Do you like dnd?" Henderson said waiting for a response. "Hm? Oh uhm yea" you went to look at Eddie again. That must be his thing. That breathtaking, cheesy smile. "Well why don't you play with us? It's at 6:00." Said one of the other guys that was at the table. "Okay. Sure" "come on Punky, sit next to me." Eddie said as he pouted his lip, tapping his hand on the seat next to him.
