The woman on the TV was just finishing the news center for that morning turning the microphone over to another woman at the 'news desk' who was telling everyone about the surges of power outages all across the town, but while the woman on the TV was talking the cheif of police, jim hopper, was asleep on his couch, ad a dog's barking woke him with a sudden jump.
He looked at the time and reluctantly got up and walked outside to smoke a cigarette, he had the done his 'morning routine' and walked out, leaving the TV on.
"Where the hell are they?" Joyce sighed in annoyance as she was searching for her missing keys. "Jonathan?" "Cheak the couch!" He called out to his mom "I did!" She complained, "oh, got them!" She smiled "okay sweetie I will see you tonight." "Yeah, see you later." Joyce turned to look at her eldest son "where's will?" "Oh i didn't get him up yet, so probably sleeping." "Jonathan you have to make sure he's up!" "Mom I'm making breakfast!" woman complained to her son as she was walking to wake her youngest up,
But that moment the phone had rang and Joyce quick ran to pick it up,
"Hello?" Joyce called, "Joyce! Sorry for calling you this early, I know you have to get to work but akemi told me that sabito spent last night at your house with will and I just wanted to cheak in." Joyce smiled, Sabito was always such a delight to have around her house, "oh, really? Jonathan never told he he was here with will." Jonathan looked confused "who?" The brunette woman had a look of worry on her face, "Sabito, he came here with will last night... here hold the phone." The woman gave the phone to Jonathan and walked down the hallway to will's room
"Will, honey. Sabito, come on sweetie. Its time to ge..." She looked into the will's room to find it empty, she rushed down the hallway "they came home last night, right?" Jonathan turned around, confused "he's not in his room?" "Did they come here or not?" She asked seriously "I don't know," "you don't know?!" "No I got home late, I was working..." "you were working?" "Eric asked if I could cover I said yeah, I just thought we could use the extra cash" He stuttered
"Jonathan! We've talked about this!" "I know!" "You can't take shifts when I'm working!" "Mom its not a big deal! Look, they were at the wheelers all day." "I can't believe you," "I'm sure they just stayed over?"
Joyce took the phone to her ear, "cath, ill call you back I just have to call Karen to ask if the boys are there, ok?" "Yeah, that's fine! I'll meet you later at work." "OK, thanks, I'll see you soon." Joyce put the phone down then picked it up again and dialed Karen's house phone,
Karen picked up the phone as her eldest and middle child were fighting in the background "Hello?" "Hi Karen, it's Joyce." "Oh Joyce hi," "Hi."
"What the hell Mike?!" Nancy complained "quite!" Karen raised her voice at them before turning her attention on Joyce again "sorry Joyce it's just one of those mornings" "i-is that will or ito I heard back there?" "Will or ito? No, no, no it's just Mike." "They didn't spend the night ?" "No they all left a little bit after 8, why, their not home?" "You know what, I think they just left a early for, for school... thank you so much!" "Alright, bye" "bye!" She put the phone down in a hurry and turned to Jonathan.

Dustin, lucas, mike and akemi all cycled to school through the crowds and they put their bikes on the rack as the bell went. "That's weird, I don't see them." Mike said concerned and confused. "I'm telling you his mom's right, probably just went to class early again and ito always follows him." "Yeah, he's always paranoid, gursky's gonna give a pop quiz."
"Step right up ladies and gentlemen, step right up and get your tickets for the freak show." The 3 boys and 1 female huffed and turned around, annoyed "who would you think would make more money in a freak show? Midnight? [I wanna punch that little fucker troy rn] frog face? Or toothless?" He asked punching each individual as he said their horrid Nicknames, "I'd go wif toofleth" Troy's friend smiled taking the piss out of Dustin's disorder(?) "I told you a million times! My teeth are coming in, it's called cleidocranial dysplasia. Troy's friend once again Began to take the piss out of Dustin's disorder(?) "I thold you a million thimes" they chuckled the troy turned back to him "do the arm thing." "Do it freak!" That sent akemi into a spiral of rage,
"why don't I help you bend your arm the wrong way? In fact, why not both?! You pick on people who are different because you see them as easy targets, news flash asshole I'm not gonna let them take it anymore!" She growled as Mike took ahold of her arm stopping her from punching him. "Oi frog face, control your bitch!" Troy laughed "akemi let out a frustrated groan of anger as she looked at Mike and he let go of her in a second,
"You have no right to be that much of an asshole! Being a dick won't make your microscopic one bigger!" She prodded at his chest before punching his stomach making him crouch over in pain as she turned back to her friends with an innocent smile, "let's go to class!" Troy was furious, Mark my words bitch, you'll be sorry you did that!"

Barb came running to nany smiling "so, did he call?" "Keep your voice down." Nancy whispered to her friend "Did he?" She teased "I told you it's not like that. Okay, I mean, yes, he likes me, but not like that. We just... made out a couple times" She smiled opening her locker as barb gave her a knowing smile and a new voice came through, a tall blonde male with a strip of green in his hair dramatically leaned on barb, with the back of his hand on his forehead "oh yes! Its me Nancy, Kiss me Steve, you love me and I love you, we should now make out, date and have six kids when we're older!" He exclaimed taking the piss out of her in a high voice as he stopped leaning on barb, barb laughed "we just... made out a couple times, Nance seriously. Your gonna be so cool now, it's ridiculous." No, I'm not, and coy stop leaning on people, you smell like weed, we don't want people to think we smoke it too." She smiled kindly at her friends
