He was the new student at Snowdrop High. He was tall and well build boy with a fashion sense of a Grandpa. He was a transfer student from Germany  so everyone was automatically curious about him. His polite manners and shy smile caught many female's hearts... Jisoo wasn't an exception. The most striking feature jisoo noticed about him were his big gorgeous eyes, how can a man have prettier eyes as compared to most of the females? She was a little jealous.
During his first few days, jisoo was instructed to show him around and that's how they came to know each other, just a normal friendship, nothing too crazy. As time passed by he had his own group of friends to hang out with just like she had her own.

Sometimes at cafe or library or rooftop when they would bump into each other when no one was around, they would sit close to each other and talk about things going on in their lives, from most insignificant thing to bitter sweet memories, one knew the other just like their favorite book.

Jisoo was the first to acknowledge that she liked him more. A little crush, that was it. It was hard to accept but he had something special about him that lured her in, she couldn't help but to fall for him.

In a room full of people her eyes would linger on him, his smile would make her heart pound.  Seeing him with someone else would spoil her mood. Her friends would tease her about her mini crush but at the same time supported her none the less.

It was a bright sunny day in December, they where both on the rooftop. Haein was talking about going on hiking trip with his friends that weekend, but jisoo was too focused on staring at his face to listen. Watching him stuff his face with rice balls was just so cute.

"I like you" she spoke all of a sudden causing him a fit of coughs. Hurriedly she opened a bottle of green tea before helping him to gulp it down. By the time his coughs stopped. His face was just as red as a ripe tomato. "w-what did you say?" he asked again.

"I like you" she whispered before looking away.

"I like you too." Haein cleared his throat as he covered the lower half of his face with a hand. Shyly he brought the other arm around her shoulder before pulling her close in a side hug. They both stayed seated in the same position for a while with flushed cheeks.

None of them dared to look towards the other.

If jisoo confessed about her feelings first, it was Haein who asked for a date.

It was afternoon, Haein was waiting outside the coffee shop with bunch of girls surrounding him a few gave him compliments on his style and dressing others asked if he was single, and that's when jisoo arrived. Seeing the scene Infront of her, she pouted before looking away "why he had to be so popular?" She couldn't help but ask, before she could sulk any further, Haein noticed her and waved at her to come over but she stood still.

"excuse me, my girlfriend has arrived." He excused himself before walking towards her leaving behind a whining crowd. He gently held her hand before pulling her towards the coffee shop. Jisoo who couldn't help but to stare at their linked hands blushed as she let herself being dragged.

They enjoyed their coffee with shy smiles, laughter and some really bad flirting that mostly came from haein.
"Your dress is very fruity" haein said as a compliment to Jisoo who was wearing a strawberry printed pink  dress. Just as she heard it, she burst into laughter causing haein to want to crawl under a rock. "You look very fruity yourself"

The date ended, and Haein asked to walk her home just to spend some more time with her. Just as they were walking jisoo insisted to stop by an ice cream truck, to get herself and Haein some ice cream. He paid at the coffee shop it was only fair if she got them ice cream. So even after a protest from Haein she went to get ice cream.
That's when Haein noticed a guy looking at her with heart eyes, the type of eyes he used to stare at her with. Haein clicked his tongue before grabbing the boy with his collar.

"Listen here pal, stop ogling  at my girl or I'll knock your teeth out."

The poor guy was too stunned to say anything except for nodding his head. Haein pushed him away just in time because jisoo turned around and waved at him with a smile. Haein smiled back. The guy from earlier stared at haein as if he was crazy, how can he be scary one minute and smile like an angel the next? But before he can say anything haein scared him away.

The rest of the walk was peaceful. They held each other's hand. Jisoo made some silly jokes and Haein couldn't help but to smile.

Because even if the jokes weren't funny, he was just happy to be with her.
