Love at First Sight?

Today's weather is quite good. Sunny and buzzy.
I was on my way to my high school and I am in my 2nd year.
It will take 10 more minutes to reach. I had my earphone plugged and the smell of fresh flowers from the roadside was just like a cherry on the top.
Soon I reached my school, attended all the classes and yeah now it was time to leave for home.

The sky was painted in shades of pink and purple. I came to the school main gate & halted. I know I was such a silly girl taking everything very seriously but I didn't wanted to miss the beautiful sky and mesmerising wind that was blowing. So, I decided to take the long route to reach home. This time I didn't used the earphone, I wanted to hear the outskirts town sounds. Though I was silly, I knew I was confident. To me, my walking rhythm was feeling like I was hoping and walking like a little five year girl, but no, it was just my happy feeling. Soon the bridge came, I wanted to see the water running across it down and so my feet took me closer to the railings.
But
Something else caught my attention.

A couple.

The couple were walking together, hand in hand. They seemed to be deeply in love. But it was not my concern. My eyes were fixed on the boy. Looking into his eyes. They were alluring.
Even the boy looked at me. It was just a brief eye contact that lasted hardly three to four seconds.
But,
it was all enough to make my breath stop. Enough to increase my blood circulation. That minor locking of eyes, short contact of orbs were enough. He was on my mind from then.

I said myself.
No Y/N, you need to calm down your hormones.
Forget him.
But no, this dumb stubborn head of mine doesn't listens. And my heart? *sigh* It's a different time story.
But Eventually, time passed.
Two days, five days, one week, one month, one year.
I passed my 2nd year of high school with good grades. But I wasn't satisfied with the marks I got. I guess somewhere he effected me. His eye contact definitely didn't let me live mind freely.
But I am fully determined to not get distracted anywhere & do my best for my final year.

One year has passed.
I graduated.
Very much proud of my hardwork and grades.
Today, farewell will be organised in school. I decided to go with a flower designed dress. It seemed cute to me. I enjoyed my last day at school. It seemed short. Soon it was time to leave.
Today the sky was glittering in pink and purple. Everywhere was a glow of pale red. Just like a happy disney place.
