"What you want to eat then?", asked Shin to the little toddler with whom he was walking hand in hand.
"My all time favourite dish Dadda!", excitement and glory was evident in his voice.
"And what my dear enemy will eat?", the playful question directed to the lovely mother of his child in return to which he earned a low hit on his arm with a chuckle.
"The same dish that my baby prince will be eating, it's the best you know" she said with a warm smile and glanced both of them.

(Y/N's illustration) Today was Sehun's result day. Very glad that all the practice we did together was worthful. He secured a good rank in his class and passed with excellent marks. The effort he puts despite being a small child that he is, it just amazes me. Not even I was that good. Well it is just an evident of whose child he is, like his dad. I don't know of what nature his mother was, but surely, the humbleness and manner he carries with him is what he definitely would have got from his mother. It could have been more nice to him if his birth mother was with him. But unfortunately, she passed away because of complications after she gave birth to Sehun. Shin always has been rewarding Sehun whenever he achieves something and I think it the the best way to motivate a child to complete his goal and so me, Sehun and Shin are heading to a family restaurant. After a moment of silence, I said "Today's weather is looking so pleasant " They both smiled widely and that's when Sehun exclaimed, "Should we walk and go to the restaurant, Mommy?" I looked down towards him and uttered, "Are you sure? Your legs will not ache?" "Yeah Mommy, I am big boy" , he dramatically said while showing me his biceps. How cute!!! "Okay then baby boy ", I teased. He moaned in protest and Shin just laughed. So yeah at last we decided to walk till the restaurant. We three were walking hand in hand, one of the best moment of my life.
Soon we reached the bridge. Why my heart is beating so fast? A small gasp left my mouth. I am feeling it. The same emotions. "What happened Mommy?", Sehun asked shaking my hand. I just shook my head forcing a smile. After walking half distance on the bridge, I saw him. Happy. Very ecstatic. Euphoric. Just overwhelming.
He was with his wife and a small girl.
I felt a tingling sensation all over my body. I was walking with Sehun and Shin but my eyes, mind and heart were focusing on him.
The same sharp eyes, the same fondness it holds, the same boxy smile and the twinkling of happiness his face reflects. Once again, like the past times, I am here, staring at him. Flower of ecstasy blooming in my heart and finally, when our eyes met, oh my lord. The feeling is just indescribable. The warmth that my body is feeling is what I cannot find anywhere for sure. No one can attract me so much. No one can make my heart beat irregularly. Only he can. When we were passing side by side he closed his eyes giving me a slight nod. As if, giving me the assurance that it will be worthful. My commitment today, my sacrifice tomorrow, my wait forever, will all be worthful. And so I bowed to him a little and gave him a warm smile. Like that we went on our own ways. Oneday we will meet again.
"Who was that?", Shin asked suddenly. "who?", I played to tease him. The one you greeted" "Well, i don't know, someone familiar", 'yet very close to my heart' was silent. I just glanced at my back to see him this one last time today. Who knows when I will see him again. When I turned my head back, even he glanced at me turning his head towards me and smiled. And that was the last smile we gave each other for this brief contact . "Whatever, he was handsome tho", I just chuckled at his comment. "Even I am handsome" added Sehun in between. This made us both laugh. "Ofcourse Sehun- aah, you are my very cute boy"
"mommmmy!!!!" and laugh escaped our mouth.

"Jagiyaah!" "Yeah?" "That lady was so creepy!" "Lady?", I asked in confusion, wondering to which lady she giving the award to be creepy? The old madam we met in the garden? "Yeas, the one who was staring you keenly." Oh, she is talking about her. I slightly turned my head to see that lady. Even she looked at me and smiled. My smile widened seeing her smile. Fate knows when we will see each other again. "She was strange you know!" "Strange?" I chuckled. "Oh yeah, don't laugh" "Your feeling jealous?", I teased her, at this even my little girl giggled. "No!" Then she whispered something, "I just felt like she will take you away from me?" I looked at her, she is again feeling insecure and sad. After a moment when we crossed the bridge I stopped walking and looked at her. I smiled and took a step closer to her. I held her hand and replied, "She can't and she will not." And with that we again resumed our walk. I looked at her again and thought. Of course, she will not take me away from you. Cause she don't need to. She have me close to her heart.
