Chapitre 13

Jen's Pov

So, we're in the South of France, actually on a boat, an incredible boat with my friends, Ana, Steevie, Shawn, Elaine... everybody and my man. It's so calm and refreshing. And it's my birthday !

This morning was already incredible, Ben and I where laying in bed, kissing, laughing, teasing each other when he suddenly left the room...

Flashback

"Ben ?" I ask, but nothing come, a little disapointed, I decide to check my phone and I just look at all birthday messages I got from my fans. I have to tell, some edits make me cry.

"Close your eyes love !" I hear Ben saying behind the door

He walks in the room and puts himself behind me.
"Okay, stay still, don't move, keep your eyes closed" He says, very confident.

"So I wanted something very meaningful for our story, not just a stupid expensive present"

I feel him put something around my neck, a first long necklace.

"First of all, this one symbolized a key symbolizing the connectivity of true love, after loosing you 20 years ago, this is for our way back. It's also about energy and protection"

I smile as I'm quietly listening. He slightly kisses my neck as he puts two other things around my neck.

"Two chains, with charms. The charms celebrate a lot of things, the classic types of love: Eros and the romantic love, Philia for friendship, Agape about universal love, Storge on love between parent and child, Ludus for playful love, Pragma referont to love founded on duty and reason, Philautia for the importance of self-love, because you need to take care of you, even if you're the strongest woman in the world"

My eyes begin to tear, and I keep saying Thank you and thank you. He hugs me and continues...

"The letter J because you're still the same girl, a protection medallion and a resilience medallion, because you keep showing at the world how great you are and how much you deserve all the things you have" He stops, as he arranges the necklaces on my chest.

"Happy birthday Jen, I love you" I feel him smiling as he kisses my cheek. "You can open your eyes now".

Don't wanting this moment to end, I almost hesitate to open them. Few seconds later, I look at my neck and chest with the miror in front of us. I keep playing with the charms, holding my tears, completly in love with the moment and with the man behind me.

"Do you like them?" He shyly asks. "God, Ben they're incredible, I mean, wow" I stay speachless, smiling like a fool and leaning to hug trying to show him all the love that I have for him.

« I love you, fuck I love you so much" are the only words who came out of my mouth as he kisses me passionatly.

End of Flashback

We had an incredible day after that. Ana made some picture of Ben and I on the boat and we decided to post them on Instagram and Twitter. It was kind of a big things for us, because even if everybody knew that we were together, we never did our official annoucement. So we just put a picture of us, kissing with just a little caption, and people went crazy.

Tonight, we celebrated my birthday in a restaurant, God, it was such an incredible party, people dancing everywhere, music, great foods, and another incredible present from Ben, who told me that we were going to take a cruise to Italy, one of my favorite countries with our friends. It was incredible, a magical day, and night, and I never felt that good. And it's just the beginning...
