Nessa gym battle

It has now been 2 days since Y/n beat Milo. The group made their way to Hulbury after the twins had their battles. The group also made adjustments to their teams. For Gloria,  Bit evolved into Raboot  and got a toxel from a day care called Tera while for Victor Naku evolved into Drizzile and he caught a Farfetch'd called Lancelot.

And for Y/n nothing about his pokemon moves changed except the fact that Beats ability changed to Grassy terrain.
Anyway they head into the gym where a gym guy meets them.
Gym guy:Hello there trainers. So which if you will be facing Nessa first?
This time the group needed little time to decide who battles first as the twins were new trainers so watching an experienced trainer like Y/n battle first was good for them.
Y/n:I'll battle first.
Gym guy:Great. You head over to the changing room and head inside. You two are you going to watch.
Gloria:Yeah we are.
Gym guy:Ok then follow me to the stands.
The trainers went to their respective destinations as Y/n takes a heavy breathe and he enters the puzzle room. He begins to change the water flow of pipes and battle his way throughout the gym trainers and he eventually makes it to the battlefield. He walks in and he sees a very familiar battlefield. On said battlefield is a tall women who is wearing a water type gym uniform.

Nessa:Good to see you again, ready to battle?
Y/n:Yep.
Nessa:We will each use 5 pokemon. Let's go! Golisopod!
Y/n:Ronaldo get ready!
Both pokemon came out as Gloria and many people in the crowd had confused expressions.
Gloria:Why would he send out a fire type against a water type.
Victor:I don't- wait Ronaldo has libero so he can change types. He is possibly the most diverse of his team as he can change his pokemon's type in the blink of an eye.
Nessa:Use first impression!
Y/n:Electro ball!
Golisopod rushed at Ronaldo, delivering a punch to his gut as Ronaldo stood like a fighter barely feeling the attack as his head crest glew yellow and he launched a ball of electricity which smashed into Golisopod. The bug howls in pain as he is just barely still standing but how he is covered in red light as he is sent back to his ball and in his place is Pelipper who forces rain to fall down.
Gloria:Why did Golisopod recall himself?
Victor:It's the ability emergency exit which forces Golisopod to go back to his ball.
Nessa:Tailwind!
Y/n:Electro ball again!
Pelipper caused fierce winds to blow behind Nessa's side of the battlefield but he was doomed from the start as a 4x effective attack caused him to drop to the ground unconscious. Nessa recalls him and sends out Quagsire but what surprises the audience is that Y/n recalls Ronaldo and grabs another one of his poke balls and the twins finally get to see Beats in full action unlike in the raid battle where he just supplied them with the battle and didn't put enough effort in. Once the ape lands on the ground, a burst of green energy erupts from him as Grassy terrain is activated.
Nessa:What? Last time we battles Beats has overgrow. Did you change the ability or is this the Grassy terrain move?
Y/n:I changed his ability with an ability patch to get his hidden ability Grassy surge.
Nessa:Damn it. Quagsire use toxic!
Y/n:Grassy Glide!
In a green blur Beats was already behind the unconscious ground type as Nessa sighed, forgetting that with the Grassy terrain active the move Grassy Glide has priority.
Nessa:Go Golisopod! First impression!
Y/n:Grassy Glide again partner!
The two pokemon become figments of green light as the light green of Golisopod's first impression collides with Beats Grassy Glide but due to the damage he sustained from Ronaldo Golisopod is overpowered by Grassy Glide and is knocked out.
Nessa:Go Toxapex!
Y/n:Earthquake!
The second the poison type came on the Battlefield, the arena began to shake violently as Toxapex was consumed by the now cracking earth and was unconscious already. Nessa was down to her final pokemon as she threw the ball of her ace Drednaw. She then recalled her as her dynamax band glew pink and the ball got larger as Y/n followed her actions.
Nessa:Flood the stadium and make it our ocean! Drednaw, time to Gigantamax!
Y/n:Become the mad Titan you truly are and reveal your true form. Gigantamax!
Both pokemon gigantamax into gmax Drednaw and gmax Rillaboom.

Y/n:Let's go, gmax drum solo!
And as soon as the giant pokemon emerged, Beats unleashed large vines that decimated Drednaw, earning Y/n the water badge.
